Search field not working

ive noticed mine doesn’t work since I’ve updated (it’s fine on iPad) if you keep hitting the field it does eventually connect.
I'm really pissed off at apple since this update.

Yes it’s only been since the update, also struggle to change the ‘like’ reaction. It wants to copy.

it’s impossible to quote a certain part of a message as well, I had to hit the quote button 13 times to get this to work... I counted

hopefully they will bring out an update to fix the update

Same on mine, search I have to click loads of times, like button brings up copy/ paste etc and outside of tattle my select all, copy, paste etc seems to have a mind of its own. It’s definitely the newest Apple update that’s done it
