What was it? No idea who she is
I think she is a deeply troubled and lost soul. I feel quite sad for her, pretty girl that is never happy with her appearance - wanting continual change/ never satisfied. Haven’t seen the video so can’t comment on that aspect really.

Having seen the video they are both to blame. I can not believe this behaviour let alone in front of a baby. What is more disturbing is the baby isn’t even distressed!!! I hope child services have been informed
I saw the video on Facebook. I sincerely hope child services are involved. That poor baby needs to be away from them both. 
She’s just put on instagram that she was arrested last night,I really hope they have someone looking out for the children
The video is horrible. She sounds like she's taken cocaine too.
Saw the video on Facebook. Horrific. I think it’s in her best interest if her child is taken away from her right now.

I didn't realise that. If she has emotionally unstable (aka borderline) personality disorder then that explains a lot.
I've just seen the video on Facebook and the partner does seem to be goading instead of trying to placate her. Not sure why it's surfaced a year later, I initially thought it must have been a recent event.
