I actually find it so tacky seeing these influencers slagging off the previous owners for things they did to the house they bought. If it’s that bad why did you buy it?!

My husband is hardly a DIY enthusiast but surely most people could work out how to attach a loo roll holder to the wall without leaving a massive hole. Also was she insinuating that if Zac hadn’t of given it a go, it was a job for the electrician 🤦🏼‍♀️
She’d be better off finding a decent handy man and paying them a day rate to do all these little jobs for them.

Definitely lost her mojo!!! Shame as I enjoy her content. She’s obvs in a pickle as she got obsessed with doing a complete before and after without realising that would take weeks and got paralysed not knowing what to post in the meantime. I do get a feeling this is the first time life hasn’t skipped along blessedly for Saff.

No Saff! They did it to their home. Owner or tenant makes no difference. YOU bought it and it wasn’t your home when it was done. She’s having a day of it isn’t she.

Saff will be having shocks/horrors and meltdowns for months to come!

There will be a reason ceramic tiles were covered with what I imagine is vinyl flooring..yes it isnt aesthetically pleasing or Saff's choice! The house is probably freezing cold. And getting out of that bath in winter was onto a freezing slab of a floor.

Their last place was a period house conversion flat which looked like a very modern interior in a period exterior. This new house will be a shocker come winter with the cranky heating /boiler and draughty windows/doors - until they do a full reno and have good heating/underfloor heating.

Fourth trimester and postpartum melt downs incoming.

I do struggle with the consumerism/ future wastage with their kitchen reno, which from what she has said I anticipate will be ripped out in the next 18 months latest. I understand replacing an extractor fan and making it safe and clean, but having it tiled, new wooden flooring and new wooden worktops just seems so wasteful to me, when they will be obsolete when they do their full renovation? Could they not have just painted the tiles and stuck some lino down?!

I can see that certain choices make sense when it’s a room she also has to show for work but others are just silly ie. the paint. Her story about the price of marble makes me wonder how much they’ve actually costed the extension. That Pooky rechargeable lamp was really putting in a shift being carted around each room and the air hostess safety demonstration hand gestures were getting a little out of hand.

That reel about the work to do on the house… genuinely feel sorry for how naive and lacking common sense she is. Paying to have your hallway tiles restored when you’re about to do an extension next year?! Flooring is what you do LAST. I understand the mini kitchen facelift given her job but paying a carpenter to box in pipes no child can reach in a utility room you’re about to rip about? Maybe CLOSE THE DOOR. Getting picture lights chased in when the kitchen layout will probably totally change? Complaining about a small hole any idiot could fill sand and paint? A tiny bit of mold on a door? You can ventilate, clean and paint. And no storage?! You bought a knocked about ex rental, it’s hardly going to have built ins that cost thousands. Laughable. Ikea exists until you can afford it. She truly will not know what is hitting her when they really start, especially with two small children. In fact I’m sure they will move out temporarily and make lots of costly errors. Saff, if you can hear me, no matter how many dust doors you put up, if you start knocking down walls EVERY SINGLE ROOM AND THING YOU OWN EVEN IN BOXES WILL GET A LAYER OF DUST INCLUDING THE BABY! 😂Take it from someone who knows.

I think she maybe questioning her life choices.
Personally, as a type A myself! would have stayed put until after baby arrives. It isnt like it was really cramped and no garden..we had a period property, cobbled and bodged, way before our children came along - would have sent me over if I had, had young ones....

Saff definitely hasn’t done herself any favours at all with today’s episode. Really Saff? Grow up and get a grip.

Also, still having Martin there to do her bathroom when the baby is only 2 days old. I know it’s not her problem but she could surely say that he could postpone seeing as Olivia now has had the baby?
There is no way Saff would let Zach go anywhere when she would be in this situation.

I don’t think the car was stolen, it reads like it was unlocked and they took the coat out of it but left the car/anything else, which makes it even more of a non problem tbh. She will get gifted another one or something more special
Poor Saff having her first grifted coat stolen. My heart bleeds.

She is clearly struggling with not being able to portray the absolute perfect tidy beautiful home like she is used to, but also seems to want to milk the Reno for views (without showing many details it seems). Dedicating multiple stories to this minor detail regarding the loo roll whilst showboating about how great Z is and how his tantrum is sewwwww rare. He must be getting fed up if he is “losing his rag” over a loo roll which is so minor in comparison to their day to day lives and general renovation work. It kills me she describes their downstairs having a mini facelift - what has she actually done, change the lights and drill a few holes in the wall? Also personal opinion but I much preferred her old kitchen her new one is dated. Sorry rant but she’s been getting on my nerves even more than normal recently !

But wait- what does this guy do? Doesn’t cook, doesn’t clean, can’t do DIY nor it seems wants to learn, don’t see him doing the shopping or being in charge of anything? So he just does keepie uppies, has tantrums and lets her do whatever she wants for an easy life. I honestly can’t imagine spending so much time with my in laws. All very weird.
But he does bed time with moo??? How can you say he does nothing?

She sickens me a bit too, her page just feels like endless self congratulating and self satisfaction with herself for being born with a silver spoon. Plus some moaning and struggling to cope when things aren't perfectly easy and frictionless for her. Why anyone wants to watch that is beyond me

I can’t get over how incapable both of them are at even the smallest DIY job, it’s actually quite embarrassing to not be able to hang a picture or put up a loo roll holder yourself.

It’s also her outing him about farting when he’s all frustrated about the loo roll holder 😩 like it doesn’t put any ease up on the scenario that he cannot and shouldn’t have put it up!!!!
