Her boyfriend has as well.
He has unfollowed RR on social media. I don't think things are going so smoothly behind the curtain.
Has TK been subpoenaed? tbf i am not sure what that will achieve there is nothing in either of their claims that would suggest he had any involvement. That would - to me - appear to be a fishing expedition.

Wayfarer's latest opposition to Jonesworks protective order request just dropped. It's not long so I'll post it here, but the bits I want to highlight are below. We've pretty much said it all in here already.

"However, because Jonesworrks had illegally obtained Ms Abel's communications and then improperly disclosed them to Lively, Lively needed a veneer of legitimacy to explain her possession of the stolen materials prior to giving them to the Times."

"On September 27, 2024 Lively and her counsel, initiated a proceeding in New York state court, Vanzan Inc vs Does 1-10. The Sham Action was a transparent ploy to manufacture a procedural vehicle by which Lively could "subpoena" Jonesworks for Ms Abel communications, without notifying any of the Wayfarer parties (including Ms Abel), all of whom lacked notice thereof and were deprived of any opportunity to object. The plaintiff, Vanzan Inc, is an inactive corporation affiliated with Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds and unrelated to the Film. The Vanzan Complaint is devoid of any specific allegations against anyone, much less Ms Abel; relies exclusively on recitations of boilerplate legal jargon; and implausibly alleges that Vanzan is unable to identify its own contractual counterparties."

"Vanzan (Lively) did not name any of the Wayfarer parties as defendants in the Sham Action because doing so would have required service of a copy of the Sham Subpoena upon them and enabled them to move to quash it. As planned by Lively and Jonesworks, Jonesworks did not object to the Sham Subpoena (as any reasonable recipient thereof would have done given the lack of any specificity or coherence in the Complaint, and the contractual obligations they would be violating), but instead blithely surrendered the entire contents of Ms Abel's stored communications a second time to Lively, without Ms Abel's knowledge and to fabricate a protection of legal process."

"Tellingly, on December 19, 2024, the Sham Action was discontinued. The next day, Lively filed a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department and included Ms Abel's communications therein. On December 21, 2024, the Times published an article containing Lively's allegations and Ms Abel's private communications. Despite repeated demands, Lively's counsel has failed to provide the Wayfarer parties with the Sham Subpoena."

"Equally as bad, Jonesworks council piblicly claimed that Jonesworks disclosed Ms Abel's communications to Lively in a response to "a court ordered subpoena." It is unclear how the Sham Subpoena could be "court ordered" given that no judge was assigned to the Sham Action."

The irony of SJ fighting to not hand over documents requested via subpoena when her argument in respect of the BL subpoena is, i was served with a legal subpoena and HAD to hand over the documents...

Also interesting that the argument to not hand over the documents is that it is privileged as she had instructed Edgeworth in respect of the website set up spreading information about her. The Wayfarer reply states that Edgeworth were the company who took control of JA's phone and carried out the review of the contents.

Given the argument regarding how the data was obtained why does BF not seek to have it struck from the pleadings due to being fruit of the poisoned tree?

That surprised me as well, it has been reported as such, but take it with a grain of salt. If correct, it might be because Freedman knows more than we do and TK is relevant in some way.

Taylor’s obviously a smart businesswoman, but wow… a lot of her fans are seriously lacking critical thinking skills 🤣

They’re all over social media defending her, calling Justin a liar, and claiming he only mentioned her for clout, when it was actually BL who dragged Taylor into this and used her as leverage to get what she wanted.

Honestly, naming her was a clever move by JB’s team. No matter how it plays out, it will either it prove BL lied and Taylor had no involvement, meaning BL was just using her name to manipulate the situation (and shows her words can’t really be trusted), or it shows Taylor was involved, which only reinforces how much control BL had in this dynamic by pulling in her powerful friends.
Taylor and her mom are very savvy when it comes to crafting her look and her persona because it makes them a lot of money, that's been their MO the whole time, they will do anything not to jeopardize that, and if anything Blake probably hopes that the millions of fans Taylor has and their outrage over this can be weaponized to hurt Justin some more.

Sucks when popularity and money gets someone different treatment from average folks.

I think that is exactly what he will do going by his reply to one of the discovery requests (sorry about the blurry screencap):

I think the wrath of Tay-Tay is more likely to backfire on Blake than Baldoni.

If they can't use the data from the phone the whole smear campaign accusation pretty much falls away. That was the only 'proof' they had. I guess something could come up in discovery.

BF need to have the court order the release of the subpoena. I cannot understand how they can be allowed to ignore the request for it.

I don't think he would be successful in quashing the texts, if that was his intent, but he might be able to narrow them a fair bit due to how they were obtained. It certainly doesn't look good for the Lively parties when trying to justify how they obtained them (the 2nd time), although I'm sure they will argue it was a completely lawful subpoena with no impropriety attached. Either way, you can't put the tit back in the horse - they're public now.

Stephanie Jones has requested the judge prohibit the enforcing of a subpoena seeking to obtain her documents. So, she can fight a subpoena.
And let me tell you, what Wayfarer is asking is less broad than what the Vanzan subpoena asked for.

Probably to see if they had any communications about it. I still don't believe that relationship is anything other than a business arrangement.

Such a good move. The Reynolds only have themselves to blame for thinking they're powerful and untouchable.

Blake has lost all of the followers and some that she gained after coming out with her allegations and most automatically believing her

Bryan did say on a podcast or something a few weeks ago (can't remember which one) that Justin was incredibly sad/heartbroken but that the support he got from a lot of people made him feel a lot more supported, so I hope he reads all the good comments and feels good about it and continuing his tough fight.

They look like such a nice family, laying low most of the time while Blake and Ryan are out there doing any press and promo they can to lift their image out of the trashcan they took a permanent residence in, if they were truly victims they wouldn't be trying to convince everyone that they are the best people ever. If you were wronged why go out there to make yourself look likable with such an intensity? Makes no sense.

Ryan is on Conan O'Brien's podcast. I imagine Conan will just neatly avoid anything lawsuit related but I shall not listen to find out as I find Ryan very annoying 😅

Eww Conan, why, anyone hosting these vultures is a sellout. Ryan being a shmoozy leech has a lot of ties to people in the business and is probably on his knees begging to be on or throwing treats or what not...even Stephen Colbert, better not see that rat on there...

Kjersti talked about it yesterday and the day before. I rewatched the video just now:

Apparently: Mint Mobile is sponsoring NBC, Seth Meyer's show is on NBC so that's the connection. Apparently Seth Meyer has said quite a few times that often his hands are tied and that certain ppl have to appear on this show etc.
As for Conan: Conan thanked Ari in a speech (Ari used to be the CEO of WMA, who represent Ryan and Blake - he is very powerful and well connected. Ari fired Justin 2 hours after Blake filed her complaint). Conan was represented by WMA (though not directly by Ari). During a conflict Conan had Ari helped negotiate deals behind the scenes and in the end Conan got a new show elsewhere.

These people are all connected~
