RWL- anyone does this? Does it work?

Used nhs discount to get 3 months free! Any advice? Just done the 1st workout for new beginnings 2020.
Bit confused as the calorie counter said I should consume 2000 cal a day which seems high!
just wondered if anyone has seen results when sticking to it?
Some of the girls promoting it on insta dont really seem like the best in shape!
 
I signed up with a special offer too, I’m halfway through new beginnings and have done some yoga and a couple of other different workouts, and have been enjoying it. I find I sometimes don’t have the right equipment but you can make do with what you’ve got. I enjoy the videos, I like that they’re manageable and only 25-30 mins long and I still burn a couple hundred calories per workout. Haven’t used it to for recipes or calorie tracking yet. I have noticed I’m a bit fitter and seem a bit more toned (though I do RWL workouts alongside other exercise like running occasionally and hula hooping).

My sister has used it for years and has had amazing results from it, she's completely transformed her body, she does all the recipes and the home workouts. She was never big before but untoned like the majority of us and now has a killer bod.

If you take to it especially the home workouts I think it can be great, I am planning to try it when my baby is born in four weeks and I am stuck at home with no gym, thanks corona 😕

Thanks! Good luck with the baby! Tbh after I had all my kids I had no energy to exercise but did lots of walking with the pram and getting fresh air! X

TBH I think this will be me too! I do really enjoy walking though (running too before I got too big with pregnancy) so think I will enjoy lots of walks. Will be great when I can walk more than half an hour again without needing a wee or my hips killing me :ROFLMAO:
 
I usually go to the gym and spin 3x a week, obvs cant at the moment but I've been doing pop sugar fitness workouts, they are brill. Also started couch to 5k and yoga with Adrienne when I feel like some zen non ott workouts. All free.
