I respectfully disagree with you. I think that everyone grows over time and the things we talk in our early 20s rarely are the things we believe in our 30s
Completely agree, I'd cringe at my 20s self.

I think the difference is that when we get older we can admit that we didn't really have a clue/talked a lot of crap in our 20s, but darling Rosie must be seen to be infallible! So she'll never admit to being wrong and that's what I take exception to, particularly given her public platform and mostly female audience.

It would have been great if she had addressed her previous photoshopping antics in this post by saying she didn't feel the need to etc it's difficult to enjoy this side of her when she spent years lapping up how long her silly long (photoshopped) legs were and that all the cheeseburgers and truffle fries magically went to her natural chest. She had a highly eengaging platform at one point with thousands of impressionable young girls and she knew exactly what she was upto

It's good that she feels comfortable and content to portray her body honestly. We can take guesses at whether motherhood, age and so forth led to this but I think everyone evolves, it's normal and healthy.

However, I can't forget the fact that this is an Instagram influencer and they tend to operate in extremes to stay on brand. Rosie's brand was at one point trying to be upper crust Sloaney poney girl in Notting Hill and had a very stiff upper lip vibe (NEVER forget her post comparing Labour to Slytherin and the Tories to Gryffindor lmao) and now it's barefoot Aussie earth mother with a very toxic positivity vibe.

She'll never be 'real' no matter how real the emotional growth actually is because she gives me icky disingenuous vibes with every post she makes -I literally cringe at her posts that attempt to be relatable because they are still so orchestrated and try-hard. I guess that's always going to be the downfall of any influencer except a rare few who actually are genuine.

All I’m getting from that new bikini pic is a need for head pats. Her comments are basically everyone telling her that she’s fabulous and followers rushing to her defense about how dare anyone send her nasty messages about her weight..if they indeed did...

I think it’s more likely that she had a few queries asking whether she’s pregnant and this is her way to squish that speculation.

I didn't know about this. I'm a newbie to her Instagram, never read her blog and was following her out of a morbid fascination. Between this and her choice of fancy dress costume I've had to unfollow. Don't want to add to her numbers just so I can have a nosy little peek into her laughably out of touch with reality Instagram life.

this was around the time in her blog when she would clearly post comments herself asking for advice and reply to them, it was really odd, like she was angling for an advice column job or something

You just watch, after ten minutes in Australia she’ll be an expert on all things Australian and will be sending herself questions to answer.

This absolute gem hahahahaha. Yes I’m sure women crowded around because you were carrying a florescent plastic wallet that looked like a reject from a school supply cupboard. Her old blogs are just full on horseshit.

I’m stuck in a 2012 Rosie time warp now 😵💫 another belter.. the time Ne-Yo ‘invited’ them to a party. They definitely didn’t buy tickets. Nope.

I’m not saying she hasn’t really changed her mindset - in fact I state she has!
my point is that she was back in her 20s « influencing people tolive her lifestyle which she portrayed as just inhaling everything off a menu, whisking herself off to some hot country and being bloody fabulous - when in fact it was - even then, massive lies.
she can’t preach one tune back then and NOW that it suits her because she’s got herself a husband and feels she might have « let herself go » (don’t get me wrong I don’t think one can let themselves go but I imagine she sees it that way) she can now preach all about being honest and love yourself etc when ... back in the day she was serving us first hand level of « be skinny be rich and love life!! » which was a massive lie then and yet now instead of admitting like you did « look in my 20s I was an idiot etc » she preaches now as if it’s been something she’s always preached - it’s annoying

Agree! And a lot of people are going through the same body changes- we realise our body might not go back to same shame we were before🙆🏻‍♀️ Nice to see her being real

Did anyone notice she posted her latest reel last night, deleted it and posted again this am? Did anyone notice if she changed anything? Curious why she deleted...

I noticed that. When she did the weird breakfast yoghurt stories it was morning in the UK but night time in Australia. I think she’s trying to work out the best time to post for maximum engagement: UK time or her local time.

I thought her original one quoted a poem and referenced the music but I might be imagining it.. I didn’t watch the reel just noticed it had reappeared

There was some kind of poetry voice over ( by Rosie ) I ended up turning off the sound so not heard properly. I wonder if it is a copyright issue. The words are no longer there and I’ve noticed also it was deleted and reposted without.

Her ad for the $500+ per bottle perfume is not only incredibly tone deaf to many people still dealing with the aftermath of Covid, it just sounds completely ridiculous...like word porn, not in a good way. Maybe like a Saturday Night Live spoof.
Get real Rosie.... you’re beginning to sound unhinged.

She's completely disconnected with reality. I can't work out if she wants to be all opulent and aspirational to people who are into that posho upper class thing or whether she wants to be relatable and just a mum like everyone else. Either way she's missing the mark.

WORK IT OUT ROSIE.
