Rosecea Help and Tips

I’ve suffered with rosecea for years but haven’t had a bad flare up for a long time , until recently. Whatever I’m using isn’t taking out the heat or redness. I’m persisting with Azaelic acid as it seems to be recommended everywhere.
What do you think helps keep it under control or best recommendations for a flare up

As much as I hate them because of their influencer marketing, skin and me did really help me

I get soolantra prescribed for myself it’s the only thing that keeps my rosacea at bay mine is awful really red and bumpy when I’ve a flare up but soolantra has really got it under control 1 tube does me like 9-10 months aswel cos you only use a tiny amount on affected areas
