I moved to a warmer climate and it has improved 95%. I get it still when there is a cold night or morning but only in 1 or 2 finger tips. When I was in a colder climate I would get it in at least 4 fingers down to my palms and also my toes.I suffer from Reynard's. Even in April I have chilblains on my fingers. My feet used to be worse but I've sorted that out with thicker socks. I wear gloves when I can but I can't keep them on all day. The house is warm and I know the key is to keep warm and not get cold. I'm not cold, just the finger tips. I just wondered if anyone else on here suffers the same and has any useful tips of how to avoid the chilblains.
