Retinol and retinoids

MediK8 crystal retinol 3 is what I'm using at the moment. I must say, it's great and I've seen a real improvement in my skin.

Before that I used La Roche Posay Retinol B3 serum - really nice for sensitive skin. The Ordinary retinol in squalene is meant to be good for beginners.

A thought it would be a good idea to have a thread to discuss retinoids specifically. Recommendations, results, questions etc !

Has anyone ever used the Superdrug "optimum retinol range? What do you think? The booster drops and day cream.

I've brought some today but I can't work out how it would compare to the ordinary granactive range in terms of strength etc

What retinol does everyone use?

I have used the ordinary in squalene and one in something else,both good

Ive used a few and gradually built up strength. I now use the Paula's Choice 1% which I like. I also liked the Drunk Elephant 1% but I didn't like the tube in came in - loads would ooze out which is a waste!
