Dad called Jenna and said mom almost passed out. Dad tried to catch her and he hit his head and he’s bleeding.

Dad told Jenna he is ok. Jenna said mom takes really hot showers and that may be the cause. Or, she’s hypoglycemic. Jenna has zero medical knowledge as we all know.

End the damn stream and go check on your parents. This woman has underlying comorbidities so this may not be just a hypoglycemic episode.

It’s important to get mom scanned to see if her illness is progressing and how quickly. You can’t just write this off as a ‘near syncopal episode.’

This ear wearing fool continued to look at earrings and other merch. Living in constant denial. No acknowledgment of reality.

Is she serious?
One day she will get the phone call no one wants.

Go check on your parents. Dad is not one to ask for help. For him to call it must be worrying him.

20 minutes later she ends the stream and says “we are going to end the stream in case mom and dad need me. I’ll head home.”

I have lost all respect for this woman.

Josh can't do Friday Night Live because he has to research how to get around the gates they put up at the Contemporary.

This is why, for me, Josh is the lesser of two evils. Jenna has literally nothing going on in her life, and yet, she does less than any of the 4 FL Nelson kids and their spouses. Josh has a full-time job, a son, and a wife who has her own medical issues (even if they are somewhat exaggerated for the grift). Yet he has to do all of the behind the scenes work for the company, provide Jenna with a streaming phone (even if it is a hand-me-down), and fix her tech when it breaks because she's too stupid or lazy (or both) to fix it.

Stef is raising Liam practically by herself, while Josh works 2 jobs - I won't say to support his family, necessarily - but to keep his family in the lifestyle to which they've become accustomed. She also showed far more compassion for the parents during that 24 hour stream than either Josh or Jenna, and hung in through the difficult, overnight hours, and helped keep Josh awake instead of bailing when it was no longer convenient for her like Jenna did. I also think she helps with things like paperwork and taxes for the LLC.

Dale has a full-time job, and on top of that, he was painting another room for the owners at that Kissimmee Kastaway Villa recently, he helped the AdventureLeighs fix their roof after a hurricane, and he single-handedly put in the pavers for the patio at Josh and Stef's house. He may drink and golf too much, but I probably would too if I was married to Jenna.

Because what does Jenna do? Shop for things that she wants, stream things that she likes to do on her schedule, and occasionally vlog things that are interesting to her. She makes no effort to actually cover anything new or different in the parks or central Florida unless it's something she's personally interested in. She can take weeks off for her chest cold and plugged ear, but can't be interrupted for a medical emergency with not one, but both of her parents? She has zero interest in being there to help and support them. The only time they're included in one of her streams or vlogs is when daddy's credit card is needed to buy her more children's toys for that room she still won't even go into since Chloe died in December. She's a selfish, useless waste of space on this earth.

Maybe Dad didn't want to bother Stef or Dale but I'd like to think either of those would have done something.
Steph doesn’t work either. She can get up off that truck driver a** hop in her 18 wheeler and go help her in-laws.

This is another lazy piece of work. She may really have medical issues but 24/7? I am reaching to believe anyone is incapacitated every day all day. I believe 30-40% medical and the remainder is BS.
She can contribute something to 2 people in their 70’s who need assistance and who she’s actually related to. Even if it is taking a few groceries to them on a regular. What else does her day consist of? But no, she’d rather lay on the floor and play dead.

This family is the face of dysfunctional.

Dale was probably at work. I’m sure Jenna called him because why would she go to her parents aid alone. She couldn’t even take the dying dog to the hospital until help arrived to escort her.

I swear if she comes back on her next stream and turns the attention to herself I’m just going to have get blocked by MMarra2.

I am very passionate about patient care. I have been in the medical field for 32 years.
Shit like this makes me very angry.

Can’t make 10pm Fantasmic bc she has to get home to take her antibiotic.

wut? if you miss taking an antibiotic by an hour when you seem perfectly normal, you’re not gonna die.
If you knew you were going to "work" tonight, and you had medication that you (thought you) needed to take on a specific schedule, wouldn't you take that medication to "work" with you? She's ridiculous, and about as useless as Jenn Tracker.

Unbelievable. A new low for Jenna

My grandfather had vascular dementia near the end of his life and would get confused a lot. He also had a brain bleed and fell. I genuinely can’t even comprehend acting like nothing was wrong and saying “I’m sure he’s fine” like Jenna did. It’s truly disgusting that she didn’t instantly think “I’ve got to go over there immediately”.

I truly hope RSTV1 ends soon, it’s clearly tearing this family apart

I’m absolutely flabbergasted! Didn’t Mom and Dad drop everything to help Jenna with Chloe when Dale was out of town?

I mean, these are your parents! You shut down the stream and go help them. They’re good enough to get napkins, hold a spot in line, and buy her shit, at the very minimal, she should be there to help out. It’s not like she has to take time off of work.

There is no way in hell I could have gone from a phone call saying my mom passed out and my dad hit his head hard enough to bleed straight into "They have some really cute earrings", like Jenna did. I cannot even fathom the thought. He called her during the stream for a reason. When will she realize not to take a single moment of her elderly parents for granted, ever. They won't always be around.

Let’s not forget that Stef’s illness doesn’t stop her from going to Starbucks several times a day. Must be like Jenna’s anxiety that only flares up when she has to do something she doesn’t want to do.

For sure.
Someone must have texted her to tell her it was a bad look to continue streaming after that call. I hate that Jenna and Josh both use their parent's medical issues as talking points on livestreams, but thank god someone must have told her to be present for her parents.

What does she mean by "in case mom and dad need me. I'll head home"? Does this mean that even though someone slapped her for her behavior she's still not getting it? Damn child. Go to them. Take them to be seen. Make lunch/dinner for them. Make sure they have plenty of easy food and drink options in the house. Stick around until they're settled in.

She’s still not ready to go on Smugglers run because of her ears, “you know you fly and the air pressure, I don’t know, Im not quite ready yet”

wut? You don’t actual fly away from Studios and go up in the air and to a different planet…or maybe she does in her head.

The grumpy old man routine is unique, I’ll give him that. No wonder his ratings are crashing.
“Get off my lawn!” may work for an 80 year old exhausted by life and their body breaking down, but from a livestream host who should be immersed in the magic of Disney, it makes viewers look around for live stream options that don’t subject them to that personality..

Stef doesn't like for Ralph to have Mexican Coke in the house because it comes in glass bottles and glass can break.

So, does she not buy jars of pickles, relish, horseradish, pasta sauce, wine, Worcestershire sauce???

She's crazy.

I never watch RTV1 anymore but had to see what Jenna said. What an absolute piece of crap as a daughter. I don't understand how someone can be so incredibly selfish, especially after her parents have catered to her all her life.

Mom has Alzheimers (and who knows what else), dad is frail. Dad hit his head and is bleeding, but he's okay? That needs a trip to the walk-in at least, Dr. Jenna should know a brain bleed or subdural hematoma could form and kill dad quickly.

Jenna's first instinct should have been I have to leave now to check on my parents. The wonder twins never cease to amaze me with their behavior

eta: the timestamp is 2:42 when she gets the call

I did happen to watch for a little bit while I was cleaning and 2 things:
He brought up that mom and dad both fell, one fell trying to catch the other by they're "fine"
View attachment 4014863
1 hr 45 min mark - Then he went down the rabbit hole about Alzheimer's autopsies showing that the person had a lot of plastic in their brains ( I think he said brains). To which someone argued with him in the comments & called him a liar while he was going down the rabbit hole about glass bottles...his reverse osmosis water system @ his house and him "asking AI" about it

I realize Josh is excited to have found something willing to hand him the answers to all of life’s questions, but ai is wrong far too often and will sound convincing while doing so. His mom’s condition is serious, he should be talking to her doctors for answers to his questions and not diddling with ai’s bs responses.
Aside from that, Alzheimer’s autopsies? What the hell? Not only is that topic very much not family friendly, but WHY does this man constantly disrespect his mother’s privacy? How would he feel if Jenna went on camera some day and talked about Josh or Stef’s medical issues and what she read about them in an AI chat.

"No glass bottles" is an interesting position for someone who claims to be into wellness, embraces herbal remedies and alternative medicine, and whose favorite holiday is supposedly Earth Day. 🙄

Mom and Dad update: They are a little sore, but "all good". They are "guessing" that it was the hot shower that caused her to pass out. Either that, or her blood sugar was low.

Given mom's diagnosed health problems, I wouldn't leave anything up to "guessing', but no Nelsons seem to be alarmed. She dragged them out to Springs yesterday to film her June vlog. Jenna's babysitter of the day is DVC. We also got a coffee update. She was afraid to drink a whole cup so she only had half. Also, she had trouble sleeping, but she thinks it may have been the Starbucks refresher she had.

This has got to be one of the most egregious things to come out of this channel.

I'm a bit less harsh with Jenna in regards to her love of merch, her misrepresenting of the truth regarding allergies etc, her infantile behaviour etc because I do think there is something going on with all of that, and I think those around her are partly responsible. We will probably never know if it's all an act or a genuine issue.

However.

If whatever it is (fake or genuine) has become such a part of her actual identity that she does not respond to a crisis with her own parents as normal people would, as it disturbs her little world of fluffy keyrings and Starbucks drinks....at some point those around her really need to do something about his because not only does it not look good to a thousand strangers on the internet....it is really, really unsettling surely for family and friends. When she gets the call to say her mum has died, is she going to blink and say "well she hasn't been well for a while now, that's sad" and carry on with her day.

Short story - me and my brother were at a theme park about 2 hours from home. Heading home around 10pm, we checked in with mum to say we were on our way back. Could tell something wasn't right, finally got it out of her that around 2pm she had fell as she was going into the kitchen from the garden and had landed on the door sill and hurt her knee. She didn't want to tell us when it happened as it would "spoil our day". She had spent a while on the floor trying to get up and she had been left in pain. We were fuming. We normally have food before we head home, but we got home in record time and tried to get her as comfortable as possible, moved furniture around so she could have a clear path to walk around, and then took her to hospital the next day. Luckily she just needed rest and some pain medication. We obviously gave her a lot of well meaning verbal abuse for not saying something, and we joke about it now with "just checking in mum, making sure you're still upright!" 😉 But it would never, ever have occured to us to just carry on with our evening as normal. And if she had phoned us at 2pm, we would have come home.

I agree with everything everyone has said, and I think it's going to be hard to view Jenna in the same light again after this instance. I'm all for adults enjoying Disney - even to extreme levels, if that's what makes them happy - but not at the expense of reality.
