This photo made me think its was something out of downtown abbey movie. And not in a positive way.
How bizarre that the listing doesn’t have a photo of frah frahs room but does show raffys? Maybe they had to put a pic so people can see how small it is given they are claiming it’s a 4th bed. I’m 5’5” and I couldn’t lie across the room. It’s narrower than my very average height.
The name of the estate agent is too on-point!
why didn't they take it down for the photos?!I think there is a law around what you can call a bedroom isnt there? Along the lines of a bed must fit with at least some wardrobe or cupboard space or something. I also thought it had to have a door for fire safety reasons but I ...

Couldn’t help but collect all my favourite details from this “Offers over £1,300,000” listing 
Apart from the obvious 4th room that is a landing, it’s all the small things like the dirty kitchen, the bowed curtain poles, the chipped door frames, the furniture that looks like it has been savaged by hordes of rats, the unkept outdoor decking area, the gaps between the different floorings… and you can tell she’s made an effort to make it look cleaner and tidier compared to her usual posts!!!
Apart from the obvious 4th room that is a landing, it’s all the small things like the dirty kitchen, the bowed curtain poles, the chipped door frames, the furniture that looks like it has been savaged by hordes of rats, the unkept outdoor decking area, the gaps between the different floorings… and you can tell she’s made an effort to make it look cleaner and tidier compared to her usual posts!!!

They’d sell if they spent a few thousand on getting a proper decorator in to neaten everything up and sorted out the ridiculous room usage (move raffy into spare, make the landing area into an ‘office’ space, sort out the nightmare that is the ‘snug’)
I cannot believe they haven't gone to the effort of fixing that floor! Admittedly, we have some unfinished building work in our house and our hall floor looks similar because it will be replaced in the next year BUT it I was putting my house on the market I would fix it asap! It would make you wonder what other horrors lie beneath.
I loathe the layout of their house, particularly downstairs, it must be a nightmare to heat. Also, once your kids hit their teens, open plan living areas really don’t have the same appeal. I also hate the way they chopped up the garden.
When I see that massive floor gap I just think about mice and spiders … give me the absolute shivers
