So the explosion was planned, but it was far bigger than expected and on a different day to when it should have been. I live in the borough and the council actually did a post on Facebook on the original date (24th) to say filming taking place, planned explosion, don't panic etc. Obviously that went out the window because it happened a week later.Can someone PLEASE explain this to me? I assume the rearranging was entirely intentional because this guy is clearly a nutter. Plus surely a convicted sex offender walking around naked is a breach of something

Yes it's all his production. He engaged film crews etc who then wanted to pull out when someone realised who he was.
