I once excitedly galloped into a room in true Miranda Hart style expecting to see my friend inside only to realise there was a very very important meeting going on in there. Instead of stopping, apologising and walking out slowly - I simply smiled and galloped backwards! When I closed the door the reality of what I’d done hit me like a ton of bricks and I was mortified! Ten years on and I still cringe about it.
