Private thread

Hi everyone!

I just wondered if there would be a way to temporarily privatise threads so only established members could view or post on them? I know with the petition seeing a resurgence that there are a number of threads that are probably taking a disproportionate amount of moderators time up at the moment thanks to all the new members popping up. I’m not sure if this would work or is even possible, just thought I’d ask

No that's not something we want to do. All the threads are public here.

Constantly people make up lies about what is posted here and having private threads would fuel that. Better it's all public and can be debunked (if someone takes the time to read)
