Present ideas for 1 year old

My niece is turning one soon and she has EVERYTHING! She’s the first grandchild in the family so I’m not overly familiar with what would be a good idea for a first birthday present. Any ideas please? What has gone down well for your little one in the past?
It also doesn’t help her birthday is close to Christmas too lol.

No kids but could you do a keepsake? Maybe some jewellery or even a Christmas ornament. Not the same but for both my niece and nephew’s first Christmas I got them baubles with their name, date of birth with first Christmas written on it. They still get put on the tree every year

I had the exact same problem with my neice also first grandkid on both sides to the family an first neice to her only uncle on the other side so man the kid has everything

I got mine a little elephant money box an put a silver sixpence in it, an also got her one of those water mat things, you fill the brush with water an they can doodle all over the mat an there's no mess, she's right after Xmas an for her Xmas I got her a alphabet train that she can ride an you can put little bricks in the top an the slide out the bottom into a carriage thing, it was from smyths, I also handmade a little hat with a owl on it an honestly she LOVES her hat

I really wouldn't over think it, they aren't aware of what the day means, we know it's special but they don't lol an I stressed myself out trying to think what I could get her an out everything it was the little crochet owl hat she went about with all day

I went with money but also gift my nephew with clothes each season. I figure he has way too many toys and this will help set him up for the future.

If I’m totally honest I always love when someone gets my kids a thoughtful present - it means so much more to me than money.
I love personalised books, personalised items like backpacks, dressing gowns etc - my 1st years is great for that.
Also little Dutch do lovely toys - I got my niece for Xmas the ramp racer and the abacus, for her 1st bday I got her a soft dolly, again little Dutch do cute baby dolls x

I got my niece a scuttle bug bike. Some that’s not my…books, a little dinosaur toy and a photo book of photos of me her n my husband from the last year. She got so many toys.
Tescos have a good toy sale on. What my mum got her was in the sale, and it’s to stay at her house. The slide was £5 from Tescos! She loves thewater table.
