Those pesky hormones! Make sure you’re getting plenty of rest as tiredness makes everything worse. Do some gentle exercises eg. Walking. Talk to your partner explaining how you’re feeling and that it’s your hormones, so your mood swings don’t cause arguments.
I'm hoping to have a relaxing weekend and feel slightly better! Thank you for the advise :)

It gets easier, give yourself a break, tell your partner your just preparing him for the labour and the abuse you'll give him then! And just relax xx

Currently 9 weeks pregnant and the mood swings are ridiculous....

Any tips on keeping them at bay? Or, just hope for the best? lol
