I really struggled last time from around week 18 with pelvic girdle pain, didn’t find much help from midwife or GP. I went to an Osteopath who helped me and saw her for a few months after. It did thankfully pass and I’m hoping not to suffer as bad this time as I

I didn’t know anyone else who had suffered from it so felt very lonely and hard to explain how sore it was to others. A plastic bag on your seat for sitting and swinging into the car helped and keeping knees together when getting out of bed helped. Sending love xx
