Honestly, If your goal is weight loss use a TDEE calculator and work out your own calories, I feel like these companies like Team RH hag off SW for charging a monthly fee as well as the diet but are happy to take money from people to tell them something they could work out for themselves for free.

If your goal is to build muscle then it may be beneficial to get a coach.
May he rest in peace

So gutted

Hi does anyone have any experience of Preece Nutrition? Would love to hear people’s thoughts if you are willing to share.
I was looking to sign up to Team RH but you be honest that Rachel makes me feel slightly queasy. I think she looks too sickly sweet? And the outfits! Richie is a bit of knob n all.

Lots of people left Team RH (most of the affiliates and staff included) because of Richie’s attitude and treatment of them. Rachael used to seem lovely and genuine but I feel it’s all very forced now. Preece Nutrition is far more supportive (got to the point I was scared to ask a question in Team RH) A lot of the responses on Team RH are generic and given by unqualified “coaches” which is really unethical especially when they’re charging people money. Peter at Preece Nutrition is an actual qualified nutritionist. Best of luck whatever you choose!
