You can buy sodium tablets I think- I’ve never seen them in store but I think you can get them online. On bad days I double up on the electrolytes - a friend of mine who’s a PT suggested proper body builder electrolytes as they usually have higher dosages.

I've recently been diagnosed with PoTs and told I need to be upping my salt to around 10g a day.
I don't like salty things 😂 on a usual day, I hit maybe 2g.
My partner has high blood pressure so our dinners are low salt.
I never add salt to dinners etc as I don't like it. I don't eat bacon etc because it's too salty 😂
I also count calories so need low calorie options to fit in.
I am struggling.
I got some electrolyte drinks which have 1.5g in them but only as they were on a Black Friday offer. Normally they're £20 for 16 which I cannot afford.
Does anyone have any advice?
or even know of high salt/cheaper electrolyte drink options?
So far I'm managing to hit around 5g a day with soup and an electrolyte drinks!
