Post partum hair loss fixes!

Hello! Has anyone had success stories with any products to help with post partum hair loss? I’m coming up to a year and it’s getting worse (although I do have my hair up 24/7 which obvs won’t help).

It’s so hard to see the wood for the trees with anything marketed at new mums/women tbh and I worry anything I buy will just be snake oil?

Biotin tablets with coconut oil by Nutavita. Got them on amazon, 20 quid for a full years worth of pills. Only ones I've found that didn't make me feel like i was going to puke so was able to stick with them! I tried so many other brands but they would all make me so nauseous that I'd give up. I'm about 9/10 months into using them and almost back to normal!
