One of the friends girls looks? They're not too revealing and clothes you may already have or could wear again if you had to buy new.

They were my favourite film and TV show in the 90s so that's just off the top of my head!

You may have items already that you can wear with the addition of accessories, Kangol hat/lumberjack shirt/anything checked.
Combat/cargo pants and a 90's slogan tshirt.
Double denim.
White tshirt under a strappy dress with optional little cardigan.
