I’ve had my boobs enlarged which was the best thing I’ve ever done (I’m 30 no kids) wish I’d done it sooner I was flat chested and the op was surprisingly quick and I recovered really well, didn’t go massive they just look like nice full boobies now!

also i get Botox in 3 areas (crows feet, forehead and frown lines) have been for a couple of years as I’m a nurse it’s everywhere and it does make me feel more Confident.

lip fillers- I don’t know anyone who hasn’t had them tbh my age or people I see around me.... I get them twice a year NOT too big!🙉
i tried cheek filler but I looked like a cat and cried for days, they’ve gone down now and I won’t be refreshing them! It is addictive!!

Better being honest I can’t stand ppl who lie about it! If it makes you happy and you can afford it why not?!

Nothing, no Botox/fillers either. I’m in my 40’s. I’m a nurse and the idea of unnecessary general anaesthesia gives me The Fear.

Hope it's okay to ask but for those of you who have had things done - how do you justify the cost? Is there a way of knowing whether the confidence boost will be worth the initial spend? Does anyone regret it? These are genuine questions, I'm not trying to be sarcastic or rude!

I'm thinking about getting my ears pinned (well, the non-surgical version) as I've always been self-conscious about them, never wear my hair up, never got my ears pierced. I'd love to be able to do nice hairstyles and wear fancy earrings. It'd cost around £3,000 to have them done and I have the money saved up already (not specifically for this, but not for anything else) but part of me is saying that's just crazy money to spend to essentially be able to wear earrings. I think it would benefit my confidence massively but I'm scared I'll fork out for it and not really feel the difference.
I have not had surgery or any procedures like fillers etc. I barely wear make up and need to master that art before thinking of anything 😂

However, I did have excess facial hair that I got laser hair removal on. This was LIFE CHANGING. I can’t stress that enough. I never wore hair up, hid behind my hair, incredibly shy. since getting it my entire life has improved. I’ve been to uni and got a decent job with multiple promotions, I’m very confident publicly and comfortable with my partner etc.

What I’m saying is if you can afford do, you should if it’s something that bothers you. It’s not a waste and honestly, take it from me, it’s worth every penny to wear hair up and earrings.

I have had a breast augmentation. Was 20 when I got it done. Took 6 months of consultations to finally find the right surgeon. Ended up with a female surgeon who is a breast cancer reconstruction specialist. I didn’t fill an A cup, she actually said I had pecs. My surgeon ordered a few sizes of implants and I put my trust in her to choose a size that fitted my build as I wanted them to look natural and without much extra skin I didn’t want to be over stretched. She absolutely nailed it, I’m pretty sure I got 200cc implants which has given me a 30E bust which sounds big but it’s just the back size making the cup size seem massive. 7 years later, my boobs are still perfect and I have zero regrets. I’ll replace these ones when the time comes like for like. They changed my life x

Oh gos...the list 🙈
Botox - forehead, armpits, crows & frown lines.
Lips - 1ml every now and then
Cheeks - I do it and dissolve it frequently.
Jawline - 6m top ups.
Disclaimer - I'm a practitioner so I do it all myself 🙈

Boob job (almost 10 years ago) went from a B to an E. Behind the muscle and the pain afterwards was worse than child birth. Dreading having them redone.
I had a BBL and tummy tuck around 3 weeks ago. Still in recovery and a bit swollen but wish I had it sooner.
😍😍

I have body dysmorphic disorder which makes me want surgery everywhere but I’ve always managed to talk myself out of it as I know it would make no difference 😖

still thinking about it though. I would love to have my nose done if nothing else and maybe my boobs. Breastfeeding has ruined them 🙃

I've had a breast reduction.

I lost 5 stone and still had JJ cups! Best decision I've ever made... Even though it cost me a lot of money it was a small price to pay for the overall improvement in my health.

I disagree. If you are ugly and wrinkled like a prune having Botox won’t make your look amazing but it will definitely make you look better.
Plus personally I think natural lip fillers like the ones that hide your gums always look 1000x better than without. Each to their own I guess!
It’s clear that this girl can’t smile properly any more. They don’t look natural. What she really needed was orthodontic work to correct her over-bite. Bringing her lower jaw forward would have properly fixed the gummy smile issue without spoiling her smile.

A lady who lived near me had a bottom lift to give her a big bottom in Turkey and she died under the general anesthetic. She was only young and left 3 young kids and her husband! I don't think its was medical negligence it was just one of those things that can happen.

I've had 2 nose jobs and a breast uplift and implants, nothing huge just normal looking boobs.
I've had botox to stop my frow '11' lines being so obvious, wish I had the money to keep it up, can only afford it twice a year and it wears off quick :(
I have my 11s done as well. The best thing about it for me is that I’ve not had one knobhead man tell me to “cheer up love” in 3 years. I don’t know why anyone thinks it’s OK to say that to someone they don’t even know but I used to get it all the time.

I haven't had anything done. But I am lucky I look good for my age. I've never denied myself anything and don't diet. I would love to have some new teeth. I would be careful where I went. Don't want to have that horsey look. I think people my age who have fillers and botox look older. Don't want to look like a waxwork

Rhinoplasty, boobs (both in Poland), gastric band (in Belgium), a lot of filler into my lips, Botox. I’m 24. I done all this between the ages of 18-21. I think it’s highly likely I had undiagnosed body dysmorphia. I’ve lay off all that and regret every single thing. I wouldn’t recommend, only because of my own physical and mental probables before, during and after.

I've had a breast reduction (in Canada) and after the swelling went down I was still the same size.....I called them up and they're like...."oh yeah that can happen". So I went through surgery and left with scars for nothing!

For those of you having issues with mines and crepe consistency under your eyes, how much water are you drinking? I used to have exactly the same issue but I upped my water intake to over 3 litres a day and it REALLY helps. I definitely notice them coming back when I’ve been slack with my water x

Nothing. I’m 43. I look after myself i think! I’m a gym bunny. I don’t like the big lips, frozen face look at all. I don’t think I’ll ever have anything done. I wear an A cup bra but I love having small boobs. They were massive after I had my kids & I was glad for them to go away once I finally stopped breastfeeding.

I don’t want to sound vain but I honestly can’t think of what I’d have done. Nothing I can’t change naturally bothers me that much I guess. Maybe my 11s but I don’t like that ‘look’ of Botoxed forehead; your eyebrows sort of move down a tiny bit & I’d look too scary/ unapproachable 🤣

The more time I’m spending at home, the more I’m dissecting my face! 😫
I reckon there will be a HUGE* surge for people wanting their top ups when lockdown is over.

I get a small amount of Botox in my forehead every 3 months and it's one of the best things I've ever done! Not only has it gotten rid of the 11 lines between my eyebrows so I don't look pissed off all the time, it also makes my skin look better, makes me look more awake and refreshed and the best of all, it's made it so my daily headaches are about 80% reduced!

I haven't had anything else done other than some electrolysis, but I wouldn't hesitate in the future if there was something that I wanted to do.
