Online Counselling Apps

Hi, I'm considering subscribing to either betterhelp or talkspace to help me work through some issues. Does anyone have any experience of either of these? It's about £200 a month so would love to hear experiences or if you know of any alternative online counselling that would be great too

7Cups is really good. You can chat to advisors for free on there or you can pay for propery therapy.

7 cups is great if you find the listener for you! I’m a listener on there but there is the option for therapy!
