Has Catherine Tyldesley made a comment about this yet? She was in Viewpoint with him so thought she would have at least said she stands in solidarity with his victims.

It’s not compulsory for every person who ever worked with him to comment. That is not to say they are supporting him, or not supportive of his alleged victims, just that there is this demand that everybody lives their lives in public, and a unspoken condemnation that because she hasn’t commented, she is somehow lacking.Has Catherine Tyldesley made a comment about this yet? Thank you , I do think these are the attitudes that stop women speaking out, while I don’t feel any trauma as such I know that at the time I didn’t tell anyone, colleagues or friends as I was embarrassed that he had asked me for something so personal after only minimal contact and was searching for a reason like was I coming across as overly flirty or suggestive and I can honestly say now that No ! I wasn’t. While we were having some kind of flirty banter at no point was it sexual until he came out with that request so I just didn’t reply and for a few days after he kept sending messages just saying “yo” and “what you saying then” after a while he must have got the hint as he never tried again. Please don't let anyone make you feel like you have to justify yourself for reporting/not reporting or however you choose to process and deal with your OWN trauma. The only person responsible for future victims is the abuser. I'm extremely sorry that the moment you finally feel able to tell your story has been met with instant victim blaming. I had hoped we were starting to move past this but clearly not
I love PWB. How disappointing.Yes she did - and told the story on Graham Norton. It definitely would not have gone down as well if Tennant - who I think was on the sofa, was telling the story.
Hopefully it was just a one off misguided joke and she's not smashing cake with her labia.I love PWB too. Fleabag is a work of genius. It came across as a joke taken far too far rather than sexual harassment but it was clearly out of order and someone should have put her in her place. I would hope no one would find it acceptable now.
I think some of them are clutching at straws and we'll never know, like the 'actor'- being a terrible boyfriend and a serial cheat is not a criminal offence, and it probably applies to most actors so I bet it isnt one person. But there will be charges for the more serious ones. Not gonna lie I’m dying to know who the suspects lined up in the Mirror are
I'm sorry but I don't agree that women don't do this. Sure, it's much, much more associated with men but it definitely isn't right to say that a woman wouldn't behave that way "in a million years"! Haven't you seen hen nights, and the whole "tits out for the lads" kind of behaviour? I've seen women mooning in the back of coaches on the motorway. I once saw a whole line of women posing at the beach with their tops lifted up and breasts exposed for laughs. Why oh why do some men think it’s OK to flash their bits in public. Like, how do they get off on that.
Not In a million years would a woman flash their fanny flaps or pull their knickers down to get their butthole out! They just wouldn’t.
I also don’t get the whole asking women for pics, like if a man wants to see a vag or boobs, surely just go and look at porn?
This ^ Come have a night out in Newcastle and it's tits and flaps left right and centre As you say, people just generally aren't threatened when it's women, doesn't make it ok though for sure.I'm sorry but I don't agree that women don't do this. It absolutely does happen, the difference is mostly that people wouldn't be threatened by a woman flashing her body parts.

The penis is a weapon. The vagina just isn’t.
Yes, I think not only is she a woman so given more leeway but she’s extremely posh. Some people assume if she or someone like Stephen Fry writes a comedy about pedophilia it must be o.k.Yes she did - and told the story on Graham Norton. Agree. If someone without the posh accent told the same story it would be chavvy and vulgar.Yes, I think not only is she a woman so given more leeway but she’s extremely posh. Some people assume if she or someone like Stephen Fry writes a comedy about pedophilia it must be o.k.
