It might be worth telling your employer the app told you to isolate but you have since had to restore your phone and have lost that info. You could then try to get a covid test which will determine whether you have it or not. You could contact 111 and explain and they might be able to sort something for you.

I took a screenshot to send to work of the original isolation message but I now don't have the message to isolate. Obviously I will do the right thing and isolate but I'm stressing about how I will prove it to my employer with the data gone. Help!
