Katieinthekitchen just gets worse and worse with her stories. This is such a weird flex in our current climate, especially when people are struggling to feed and clothe their families. No one needed to see this, it was shared as a brag. Gross. I would never use her as my midwife purely because of her BS stories

Brag if you managed to score an awesome deal but not when you pay full price and so many people are struggling. However, at least she isn’t like Tarryn Donaldson who pretends to be hard up and still seems to be living a pretty good life!
Polly Harding filmed her baby dragging her cat to the ground and pulling his tail. Why would you film that and not intervene! I get that kids grab animals, but you should always quickly redirect them into gentle hands. Even if the cat or dog seems fine with it, one day they suddenly couldn't be, and the baby ends up seriously injured and your pet gets put down. All that trauma can be avoided if you teach children to be gentle and respectful of animals right from the age they start to interact with them.

Growing up we had the most beautiful cat but my little sister (5 so old enough to know better) constantly annoyed the poor thing and my mum was constantly pulling her up for it. Anyway one night we woke to her screaming and we all went running into her bedroom to find the cat wrapped around her head like a turban with paws full of her hair and kicking her
He had NEVER done that before and never did it again (she never annoyed him again). All I'm saying is she might want to sort the kid out now before the cat lashes out (well within its right to). I hate seeing children treating animals like that. We had to euthanase a cat after the four year old "slammed" it after watching the wrestling. It was bought into us unable to use its hind limbs. The child had caused a fracture which had severed the spinal cord
. Tail tugging can have the same effect, stretching the nerves which often results in urinary and fecal incontinence issues and tail flacidity(can be a death sentence). Sorry, rant over. It's so often the animals who suffer because of stupid humans
