If she's anaemic I would expect them to take bloods as that's the primary cause.
Also they can see if blood sugar is low.
That would cause faint and possibly cause a headache .
Not sure about seizures I think ed with very low body weight can get seizures.
Also electrolyte imbalance can cause heart issues.
She's had a week of being busy possibly sleepless nights and it's come to a head.
She's refused to take iron tablets and said that a few times.
She's also eats tiny portions food sporadically and not drank enough.
Also last week she was on manic high she's now many coming back down to earth.

Not sure why they would report to social services. Yes dads a dick and mums a narcissist but the children are looked after fed and clean and a mum with narcissistic tendencies who still provides for her children isn’t enough for social services to be concerned. What a ridiculous person.
