Anyone who is saying that they would have stopped the marathon to be with him is deluding themselves and underestimating the amount of training that goes into it to just stop. I’ve said it before and agree with you Jake would not have wanted her to stop!!!!!I don't blame her for carrying on and I'm sure Jake would've wanted her to. Especially if they only had 8 miles left and he was able to do it in the end.
If it was me I would've probably carried on and waited on the call from my sister as she said Anya went to find him. Get all the facts from her and see how he was a short time after treatment rather than the initial he is passed out scare. As someone said the paramedics probably had to keep him for observation for a certain length of time to be able to let him continue and if he was only in there and hour and a half he must've improved quickly?
