Although we don’t really know when she split from Mark, she has been talking about Keegan staying in the UK for 2.5 months for a long time now…I’m pretty sure she talked about it when Andrew and Mark were hidden but voices in a TT.
A good year or so ago she said that the school Keegan goes to is so much more advanced etc for his needs than England and therefore one of the main reasons why she and Mark would stay there rather than move back (another reason being Marks children)….
I wonder whether she will end up changing her mind once she’s back here for a few weeks and then not having Keegan around for a further two months???

With ICE being the way they are right now I’d be staying in the UK if I’d committed immigration fraud like she did.

I mentioned it back in Feb and rumor has it, she didn't do the K1 visa (legal way) and adjusted status from an esta with intent (illegal way)

Her videos on her immigration process don’t add up with legal timelines and proceedings. She did drop herself in it in one video a long time ago but that seems to have been deleted now.

It’s a loophole that trumps administration is cracking down on. When Biden was president immigration was a lot easier and less strict. I didn’t even need to have a green card interview back then although it was a lot of paperwork and two years of waiting

i don’t believe this, she’s been pretty open with her journey of getting a green card and spoke about all her meetings etc… it defo wasn’t straight forward for her which was why it was difficult for her to fly home when her mum was unwell etc

Plus his dad & her family are here which surely must be a help to her. Maybe with K staying here with his dad could this be the start of her return back to the Uk

She married over here, flew back with him on an esta then adjusted her status.

The only legal way to the US through marriage is K1 or i130 (cr1/ir1)

She wasn't married long enough to apply for i130 visa and K1 visa you have to marry in the US.

Visa fraud is going to the US on an esta knowing you would overstay. She went at a time that no one really questioned it, now is a different story.

and if she’d done it the legal way she would’ve had her green cards a lot quicker. Although you can also get married in the US to adjust status from an esta so she may have done that and not had an official wedding in the UK.

For example, you apply for your fiance visa from the UK and then you have to marry within 30 days of being in the US and then you get your green card. You green card is basically pre approved on the condition you get married in those 90 days. If you don’t get married you have to leave. She was in the US around 2 years before she got her green card and then she had filed for an emergency advance parole to go home while her green card was pending which she wouldn’t have needed had she done it with one of the marriage visas because she would’ve had her green card within months of arriving. If that makes sense.

Anyone can research immigration and its loopholes and then look at her immigration TikTok’s and see for themselves but If people want to believe her posts they can but if you read between the lines there is a lot of lies and don’t even try and ask about immigration or where the IVF money went because your comment will be deleted.

Did she ever do an update about not being able to eat/swallow due to anxiety etc??? I’m not saying she HAD to do one, but for all the trouble she had not being able to eat, I wonder if it just went away, or the split etc ‘helped’….

Completely vanished and we can't even say it improved because of the split because we don't even really know when that happened.

i think it could be harsh to say it vanished, if she was in an abusive relationship then that would have most
likely been the cause/trigger, i don’t think she’s the type to make something like that up!
