Meals out - where/what?

I absolutely love meals out. I have realised how much more this year when I couldn’t

So I wanna know where was your last meal out and what did you have?

It can be takeaway if you’re stuck in T3 at the min! Or you can tell me where you’re planning on going and what you’re planning on ordering when you can 😊

include a pic if you like 😊

I went to a local pub today and had a big beef roast with the best Yorkshire pudding ever. Couldn’t fit in pudding sadly 😢

Going to Miller and Carter on Tuesday and buzzing for it, haven’t decided what to have yet though 🤔

My last meal out-out was all the way back in August and we did the whole thing - fancy restaurant and then different place for drinks and dessert. Not part of the Eat Out discount unfortunately. Currently in T3 so don't think I'll be going out anywhere soon.

My last regular meal "out" was yesterday! Had a banging pizza from our local. I think I've ordered more on Uber Eats while in isolation then I ever have.

We went to a nice pub just for our last meal "out" to see friends. NI restrictions lift next weekend and were planning on going for brunch Saturday morning and then a nice steakhouse in a hotel in the evening.

My last proper meal out was in March before lockdown1, I am in tier3 so had a takeaway pizza last night that has been cooked in a wood fired oven

We ate out for lunch yesterday. Hubby had a steak and I had a sandwich and chips. We have this lovely quite rural family run pub/restaurant near us that’s one of our favourite places to go. They sent an email the other day to say that they can’t currently accept vouchers and are struggling a bit because of covid so we have happily booked in a few times leading up to Christmas and bought a voucher as a Christmas present for some friends. Doing our bit to help but also we are really ridiculously lazy when it comes to cooking, last night we had a microwaved bowl of spaghetti and sausages each 😬😄 so it helps us too!

I went out for lunch today! To a restaurant called Mamma Mia. I had brucshetta to start & a pizza with ham, mushrooms, pepper & onion on. It was supposed to come with olives but I cannot bare olives 🤢 so I asked for it without

I only took a pic of my bruschetta, cos the pizza looked too good I wanted to nail it quick

My last meal out was yesterday. We went to honest burgers. They are so good!
I've got Christmas honest @ home coming on Wednesday, can't wait!

My last meal out was Hawksmoor in Edinburgh before the tiers came into play up here. It was the first steak I'd had since lockdown started back in March and it was definitely worth the wait.

Had takeaways since then and last time I had any food out was Tuesday when I went out for an ice cream sundae at Mackie's 19.2. If you've seen Mackie's ice cream in the supermarket then it's their ice cream parlour which is 19.2 miles from their farm (hence the name). They're doing turkey and cranberry as one of their Christmas specials but they didn't have it that night, not sure if that's a good thing or not because I know I would have probably tried it.

Hoping to go to the steak house up the road one night this coming week as its back open now. I'm not into steak that much so I have my favourite, the sticky honey and sesame sausages with macaroni cheese. My mouth is watering just typing that out.

Last meal out was yesterday at a Marstons pub. Had 3 courses just so we could stay longer 😂 (tier 2). Mexican nachos for starter, lasagne for main and salted caramel cheesecake sandwich for dessert. 2 glasses of wine. Total carb fest!

I don't eat out as in pubs/restaurants as a rule.

My last meal out was a Dirty Burger in Wimbledon, I treated myself to one, mind you that was back in Summer 2019.

Oh I should point out that "Dirty Burger" is a chain owned by Soho House.

I nearly had a dirty burger at five guys in wimbledon in january. I had mine with onions which made it quite sloppy. When I picked it up to take a bite the burger slipped out and landed on the floor :D Luckily they gave me another

Last time I had a proper meal out would have been a few days before lockdown part 1. I had a vegetarian mezze platter at French Village in Belfast. I just been to the dentist so didn’t enjoy it as much as I would have liked.
I had a takeaway crepe today from a food truck at a local beach. I was all excited for banana and salted caramel but the orders got mixed up and I ended up with Nutella 😕 coupled with a hot chocolate I felt decidedly 🤢 afterwards

I'm in tier 3, but last night my friend (support bubble) came round and we had a 3 course meal from a local Italian that are doing deliveries. It was amazing 😍

Last actual meal out was the Saturday before the last lockdown, same friends birthday, we went to a local restaurant that do tapas style food

There's a cool pizza place about half an hour away and it's hands down my favourite restaurant!

I always get a margarita pizza, skinny fries (to 'share' with my man) with garlic dip and chocolate mouse for dessert. The cocktails are next level though! The real reason I keep coming back haha. They make these cocktails that are based on sweets/ice cream flavours (i.e. drumstick lollypops), and I always end up with my man carrying me to the taxi rank when we're going home lmao.. I get absolutely legless after like 2 drinks!

I'm excited now because we have a booking to get dinner there next week

I love going to Burger and Lobster and eating a lobster roll, burger and chips meal. I also ate at Honest burger the other day and it was delicious

We had an eat out to help out in the beer garden of a country pub in a little village back in August.

Last month we had a thai takeaway and my husband went to collect as we live too far away for them to deliver. His car broke down so hours later we were starving and had to microwave the food

Oo just had a look at the home kits, now they do look good! I have coeliac disease so I love honest burgers, I just wish I lived in London so that I could be closer to them and their chicken place too!
