I’ve started meal prepping on Sunday to help with weight loss. Love having them ready in the fridge to go. Problem is I’m getting a bit bored of the normal meals I’ve been prepping so list your meals below.
Can we have one post per meal including how you make and what ingredients.
I do a chilli meatball recipe. Bastic chilli but using meatballs instead of mince. 5% fat ones from aldi. Sweet potatoes and brocolli makes 4 meals.
Stir fry with noodles or rice and chicken. Makes 3 meals.
Massive chilli or spag bol and cauliflower rice. Again you can make as many as you want and freeze them.
Red lentils, carrots, celery, onion, sweet potato, tomato puree, paprika, cumin, turmeric, coriander and any other veg and coconut milk then garnished with cilantro. Yum and around 40p a portion with Lidl stuff.
