Matthew was the youngest out of the main 6. Jennifer is the next youngest and was 6 months older than MatthewHe was younger than I thought. Always preferred him the most on Friends. RIP.
Behaviours like towards others?I wish I hadn't read it. Chandler was always my favourite character and therefore by extension I loved Matthew. Because I made the mistake of thinking he WAS Chandler. Then I read (or rather listened) to 'Friends, Lovers and the big, terrible thing' and I came away actively hating him (Sorry, but that's the truth) because (and yes, I know we shouldn't speak ill of the dead but go back through the thread, it's all there) he definitely didn’t make it easy to like him. And no, I'm not talking about his addictions, that could happen to anyone. I'm talking about his other behaviours.

that's a good point. do you think they know something the public dont yet and that's why its taking them so long to say something?I think that they need to be really careful what they say tbh, given that the post mortem was apparently inconclusive and there is a chance that it could be a drug related death. What they say will be out there forever. I think Marta Kauffman and David Crane got it spot on.

I think this is why people are so sad, they're mourning Chandler more than/just as much as Matthew. He was an actor playing a part yet people think they're the same person. Ok he was a joker like Chandler but clearly there were differences between them as well. It's hard to seaparate the two when Friends has been such a big part of most of ours livesI disliked him after I watched him being rude to Miriam Margoyles on The Graham Norton Show. Horrible man! He couldn’t have been less alike Chandler even if he tried.
