What a bleeping twit! The way he words that to sound like he is having a panic attack in the interview and the interviewer kept on at him or am I just projecting because I hate the twee bastard so much?
Anyway, a short bleeping breakdown? I had a breakdown in 2011, it lasted 4 years and I am still recovering from it now. Whenever anything kicks off with him, he retreats into his little shell shouting poor poor me and my mental health. The geezer is a bleeping charlatan and shame on his publishers and blue tick mates who push his crappy middle class, self care snake oil.

As someone who has ADHD and depression MH was an author I felt I "should" like because what he writes is accessible and from the POV of someone who has "been there" and wore the t-shirt. But personally I never finished a book of his I started and I find his quotes or whatever he writes on Instagram reductive, vague and irritating. I don't have twitter to know what he gets up to there.
