Managing stress

Bit of background...I've never really been a 'stressy person' I've always been fairly easy going and calm.
But increasingly lately I've been getting really stressed.
I try to deep breathe and relax but even then I still get the physical symptoms of stress (clenched jaw, headaches etc).
Anyone else sympathise with this? Any tips to help combat it?

I’m pretty sure everyone can sympathise! Stress is a part of life!!!

what particularly is causing this at the moment?? If you can identify the cause then that will help to try to combat it. I find writing things down can really help - either as a sort of mind dump to clear your head or as a list to help organise your thoughts and help you tackle things you may need to do.
