I bet Jonny wasn't expecting that! He went to court to get his bail conditions varied, including a reduction to €30k from the €100k held by the court. The G's opposed it & it seems the judge took exception to Mr & Mrs Smyth taking the piss out of the Spanish judicial system. Oh wow, just caught up on this whole saga…. I have to start by saying I don’t have an ounce of sympathy for MA at all. Reap what you sow.
I’m not sure I believe her tale though… if that was someone ‘serious about hurting her’ and someone from within this whole shit show, they’d have done a much better job (we’ve seen what these folk do). Also strange to run straight to the papers.

My theory is, JS has binned her off on mummy’s so. He ain’t coming out any time soon so MA is just a money sponge for DS now. MA has hinted she can then testify or mentioned what she knows etc… and JS has sent someone to give a little ‘keep your trap shut’ warning. Maybe MA has gone to the papers to try get it out there so she can go to police for changes to her bail meaning she can try flee Spain….
