The thumbnails and language in these recent videos is questionable. The photo of her in a bikini looking happy next to a photo of her now looking slumped and sad. With the title 'NOTHING FITS ANY MORE'. I can't tell if its because I've got some internalised fat phobia stuff going on or if she really is trying to rage bait/ trigger people with the images and language she's using. It seems weird for someone in recovery from an eating disorder to be promoting her videos like that when she knows first hand how it can affect people. There are just so many other ways to frame the content. I'm not sure it it's ever helpful for me to see someone trying to squeeze into jeans that don't fit but maybe I'm missing the point.
She also talks about not over consuming and buying second hand first like she hasn't hauled numerous new things that were bought on a whim. Or hasn't been sent 6 pairs of Vivaia shoes every season. Or bought charity shop clothes without trying them on that definitely don't fit.

Should I still be astounded by the amount of thrill this gal gets from material possessions? Well if she's blessed with children, there'll be a goldmine of content related to exploit re purchases, brand deals, charity shop finds, and the inevitable forever decluttering / tidying / managing hoards of fabric, beauty products, crap. I haven't kept up with her for a long time now. I keep seeing I lost weight now I gained weight videos popping up in YouTube. What's up with her?
Think it's all just attention seeking clickbait
I've had to stop watching her "weight" videos. She's an absolute mess mentally when it comes to this, and I do find it really triggering. She is in no place whatsoever to give out advice right now and her thumbnails are very much clickbait. I'm guessing they are getting good views as they seem to be coming thick and fast. She constantly comes across though as someone trying to convince herself that what she is saying is true. It's just really sad to watch.
I don't think centering her channel for some time around food and making food is a good idea for her. Alex and his obsessive bread making probably doesn't help her either.
It's especially bad, when she doesn't actually look very overweight at all when she wears more fitted clothing. It's her habit of wearing huge unflattering tent dresses that makes her look far bigger than she is. When just dressed in jeans and a jumper she looks perfectly fine and normal.
