Been feeling a bit yuck at the moment, not all the time just every now and then. Doctors are/have doing lots of tests.

One that came back last week showed really low levels of cortisol but I had the blood test in the evening, having a morning one this week.

After doing some research it shows that they treat low cortisol with steroids but I dont want to take steroids.

If you have this, what did you do sort this issue out without taking steroids.

Thanks

I began researching this when I was trying to become pregnant with no success. I could see in my face I had a lot of inflammation so was looking at ways to improve this too.

One small thing I did which really helped was change my morning routine. I was bad for waking up and having a coffee first thing. I switched to eat something then go for a 2-5km walk (depending on how I was feeling) and then have my coffee. Sounds crazy but the difference to my face and my overall well-being really improved.

Hope you get it sorted soon!

EDIT: sorry I was talking about having high cortisol. Just realised you’re talking about low cortisol. Sorry!
