Since the last thread we've found out....

As well as being scared of her kitchen cupboards, she couldn't say the word carrot.

Jaysus. I kind of want to cut them some slack for being first time parents and try to remember that we are all free to parent as we choose, but they are so completely clueless...sleeping arrangements, weaning, carrying, CIO at just 5 months, sharing intimate details of your relationship with your child and how you feel about him with thousands of people.

Guidance is there for a reason but they seem completely oblivious that any guidance actually exists. It is like a car crash. That poor boy

For a couple who are supposed to have some sort of knowledge about human nutrition, the way they are feeding Leo is utterly horrifying! At this age, a child’s diet should be mainly milk-based - breast milk or formula. “Food for fun until they’re one”. I can’t believe they’re giving him a bottle of water Child is going to be nutritionally deficient. I really hope their health visitor sees her posts and steps in.

I do wonder, if they were “normal” people, not rich, spoiled brat “celebs”, with the same approach to parenting (the cot, the carrying, the poking, the food, the disengagement), and the parading of it on social media, if social services would be involved by now.
