It’s weird to me she bought an even bigger space when she never used that second bedroom or, at least, never really mentioned the second bedroom after she made her moving vlog.
It probably acted as a second bedroom for when her mom visited, and also where she kept all her unwanted gifted/PR stuff and the overflow from her wardrobe. I'm sure it was a mess, which is why she never showed it.

Coke is so normalised in London and given the company she’s keeping it would be fairly obvious. Fits right in with the whole skinny/ ill looking aesthetic.
I actually can’t imagine Lizzy snorting the stuff, however I reckon Lindsay would defo be into.
But yes does fit in with the skinny look

‘Someone mentioned earlier that they admire Lindsay for all that she has achieved. What has she really achieved? She's basically hanging off Lizzy's following and friends. None of her rise has been hardworking or organic. All of the influencers content is such so similar that they just blend into one.’

That was me in regards to Lindsey graduating with two degrees she went into a vocational career route, worked hard ultimately like many became frustrated, tired maybe resulting into burn out: the hours and salary doesn’t equate to your self-worth, expensive life bills now feeling what you wanted you no want from your life. In addition, I assume here, but seeing, watching your friend ease through life with a huge pay packet plus extras to me, frivolously throw money away: moving continually by choice, designer outfits, bags on a whim, a cleaner when you live a lone and make the mess? Drinking and eating out at for example at Grangers & Co etc., With all that free time Lizzy can’t invest in yourself by learning to cook, showering regularly using skincare treatments or maybe learn a language. It’s beyond privileged and pathetic especially when she had a private school education however, cannot attempt or won’t learn basic life skills. I’m in no doubt her tick list of influencing whilst charging top dollar, London property ownership are completed. Now it’s retaining a long lasting relationship that turns into a husband followed by a baby all achieved by 30.
The reason Lindsey and Brittany look, appear more expensive is because they have had to earn their living now passion turned into a business opportunity. Lizzy appears to spill coffee into a handbag then casually announces it, a lip balm spills into her loewe puzzle bag she immediately states if ruined she’d purchase another in a heartbeat. For a beautiful sofa to be grim, dirty like that I’d be so ashamed. Can’t Lizzy spent money on professionally cleaning it? Secondly, how does it get that filthy quite obviously the chosen colour however, I’m confused, but why should I be… Ultimately she’s a spoilt brat unable to take of herself, so throws money at everything without addressing serious issues. I say that as someone who lost a parent at a very young age and, thus grew up very quickly. I come from a comfortable background and travelled extensively so chose to learn languages whilst immersing myself into intellectual, cultural aspects.

Yeah, Lizzy spends money like it's toilet paper. It is always at her disposal and she never has to think about it. Clearly, her father left her with a sizable amount of money and she was able to use it for her career and re-invest it in real estate. I wouldn't be surprised if she'd sell the house for a good profit a few years down the line and goes back to Manchester or wherever she lived. Her life wouldn't change much.

But Lindsey on the other side doesn't have the same safety net. When you are working class you cannot afford to go back to the job market without skills that are not in demand. I hope for her that she is saving as much as possible to turn this career into a profit. Because it would be very sad for her to have to go back to a back breaking job after being an influencer.

Is just luck, I didn't search for it, it was on my IG page. I really don't need this kind of luck, I need luck to win some lottery, not this haha

I think is for the kid(s), if Lizzy knew it was designed by some bougie designer.
I love this! At some point, the previous owner had this. I love the colour
oh their work is so good! Amazing craftmanship.

I couldn’t find it but yeah, looks like the kind of house from TMH. great minds think alike
God I love the houses they share, and their sister company Inigo. Escapist property porn. 😅
Do tou have any other favourite accounts for interiors on IG?

Her house sold for 998K. I promise you that's right. I found the house by looking up that furniture designer and finding a comment by the previous owner of the house re: the furniture and recommending him for projects, then did about 5 mins of sleuthing. Not going to reveal details because that's not cool, at all.

I can't believe she is going to toss that furniture/ kitchen.

The bespoke kitchen shelves/ concrete and a lighter green hutch (you can see it above - which they took with them) is an estimated job of 25K - 35K pounds. They are beautifully made and the artist (sculptor turned furniture designer) is hot stuff too. Ha!

When I found the house I didn't think it was hers but then I saw all the pieces and crittall doors. You wouldn't believe how the previous owners somehow made it all look pretty awful with their things. It looks much better now that it's empty. It's a pretty run of the mill terrace. But still pricey and actually worth more when you add up the bespoke stuff she got with it. I bet that wardrobe thing upstairs is worth 10K.

Basically she's pretty spoiled rotten I reckon but when you look at some other influencers not in the range of crazy wealth.

Edited to add: I think I would be too mind you if I had grown up the way she had and also she could be worse. This is not a terrible investment. At least she's being smart with the money she's been given (LOL)? She's also had quite a bit of suffering in her life too (losing a parent at a young and critical age). Perhaps her mum tries to compensate? I just wish she'd wise up to how CRINGE she can be. In time maybe?

I'd probably keep the furniture just to be able to bump into the designer and be like, oh hey, I have your designs in my house, wanna come visit them? Shared custody...

Hahahahahaha. I swear God. Hubba hubba.

Instead of snide remarks and ensuring people feel like absolute tit after watching her latest YouTube Lizzy, could have easily turned it around with her chosen language, expressions. To influence is to provide knowledge, insight make individuals feel uplifted so possible future content could be — learning to cook, cities, towns around the UK she could purchase a car to do this then photograph, film aspects other then constant splurges, gifted or ads appearing in her content. Lizzy has the income, but of late lacks the capacity to be interesting or bothered whereas to me, some of her previous videos showed willingness, a routine her blog even where she had appreciated the following and said thank you to her audience for enabling her to do her job, business. Can she help her family plus their income no, but the way she comes across it feels insulting to many with the state of aspects. With what appears to be possibly a vast income if I was able to spend my days as I wish all day everyday… Firstly take up a hobby the art of drawing is very much like cooking, baking it takes effort, consistency and a change in attitude because mistakes, failures are all necessary lessons to progress. I say this today being my day off as I watch Julie & Julia, prepare to cook a rack of lamb with all the trimmings later and fingers crossed I can book, plan my holiday to Italy for next summer.

I just can't believe she is getting rid of that wardrobe- it fits the bedroom perfectly and in my opinion it is magnificent. Whatever she is planning on replacing it with just won't compare. It just doesn't compare. If the green isn't scandi chic enough, paint it grey like a cloudy London afternoon or something.

It is one thing to comment on trash threads but to lurk thrash threads while still trying to climb up the influencers arse? Lol.

I find it slightly amusing that after years of spending a fortune on rent in expensive neighbourhoods to portray a certain image of wealth Lizzy chose to live near bloody Chatsworth road out of choice! Not that there’s anything wrong with the area, just generally less wealthy and desirable, but goes to show the level of spending was unrealistic and unsustainable even for Lizzy. She could have saved herself a fortune if she rented in the area from when she first moved here.

Not that I dislike the house but I would have expected Lizzy to buy a more unusual, design led property than a bog standard terrace. All Victorian terraces in London are slowly having the same identikit kitchen reno, although the doors on Lizzy’s look particularly nice, it’s all just so average.

For those of you who’ve seen it, how does it compare to the house she was renting? Is it bigger? Which one do you think was better?

I think the new house is nicer, but her previous home was in a nicer location. Not that there’s anything wrong with the current location, but let’s just say living next to Columbia Road is more Lizzy lol.

996K ( I can't find that house still lol) is a good price in East London, although some may say the location is least desired but is pretty much walking distance to everywhere. We have Anna that bought her place at Shoreham (5 bed, Semi) in Shoreham which has damp issue, not exactly Apple to Apple comparison, I much prefer to live in London
I hope she doesn't get rid of the counter top and the kitchen in general, and go for a plywood kitchen, otherwise it will look like any other Victorian terrace.

115 sqm is probs twice the size of her old place. Homerton is absolutely crap for transport unless you cycle tbh, and it's still definitely pretty rough around the edges.
