Thanks to @SharkAttack and @ORhineORhine for the ideas for thread title (in fact there were lots of great suggestions to work from), hope I’ve managed to encompass the ongoing cringe of Liz’s life…

Previous thread here: https://tattle.life/threads/liz-fraser-9-ooops-my-business-card-has-gone-down-my-pants.47938/

more detailed recap to follow but in the last thread we’ve seen:

Über-European Liz
International Women’s Day Liz
Tits out for the neckbeards Liz
Dating guru Liz
Rehashing the past Liz
Quitting podcasts because they’re too much like hard work for only woeful reviews Liz
… and
…. The return of everyone’s favourite, Publisher Liz!

Yes, as the “WDKy” podcast crashes and burns, like a phoenix rising from its flames is … EDGEWAY PRESS! Now reborn as a travel publisher, obviously, given the glory of Liz’s other published travel articles in all those magazines. No, you DO remember those!

grateful for other reminders of what this thick trust fund failure got up to recently. Did we have more blank squares again? Or was this umpteenth reinvention more organic? Doesn’t really matter, it will be all change soon enough…

Recap for this new thread, with thanks to Raker for setting it up:

Our 'hot' single heroine has been hosting a podcast which went very quiet but as of today has been miraculously brought back to life, presumably in direct response to something she's read on here. She also went on a date with a guy who didn't say thanks for his pint of beer and so has been condemned to eternal hell or will at the very least feature as an abusive b in a (non-happening) memoir about 20 years from now. Edgeway Press has mysteriously sprung back to 'life' , not that it ever was alive, and is now apparently a travel press. Don't all send your submissions at once .Life at Chateau Liz continues in its usual way, with selfies of our plucky heroine up trees sawing off branches and displaying a gourmet breakfast of cherry tomatoes and eggs etc. A baffling, badly-photographed and very un-sexy photo of LF in a horrid baggy jumper with one tit on show was featured prominently this week, for some reason known only to her. Our heroine continues to cycle madly around Oxford and the grimy backstreets of Venezia, with occasional visits to 'Londra' just to break up the monotony, photographing cups of coffee at The Missing Bean and various other boring cafes. Some job doing voice-overs was excitedly proclaimed but then it vanished, along with a three-book deal, a film deal, a new book project and countless other half-finished or non-existent projects.

I would just say The Missing Bean is one of my favourite cafes in Oxford. But agree with as l everything else!

It is baffling how convinced she is of the allure of her leathery old tits. But whatever floats her boat, I guess. 🙄😬

I see the podcast hasn’t been happening because she has been focusing on half term and the ‘nice bits of life’ and writing… well yes, the constant social media posting must take up a lot of time.

Professional as ever.

@Queenvictoria yes, and to hear her excitement about broadcasting (25 years' experiencing, her one and only love), podcasting WAS the nice bit of life a month ago. Looks like it has been relegated to the project graveyard with everything else she has tried her hand at over the last 10 years (to including parenting if we go back 30 years). When you think about it, the only thing that prevented Liz completely scrapping parenting like all her other projects is the fact that she gave birth to live children; actual human beings. Didn't stop her offloading them onto others, though, while she pursued projects of the less selfless variety.

Do you think the head of my department would mind if didn’t meet deadlines or project completion because I was too busy enjoying the nice bits of life?
Where’s my trust fund??
Speaking of which - that photo with her mum. When was that taken? You never know with Lizzie. Thanks for the latest photo dump Lizzie, incredible you were in an airport with an infant! WOW, you really show women how it’s done. Boss Mama of nothing! 🙄

Have we figured out who she is trying to impress this time?? 😂

Maybe she's trying to impress somebody who has kids - look at me, I was such a natural mother and I don't let babies stand in the way of my fantastic FREE travelling existence......

I think it’s her response to being called out earlier for abandoning her responsibilities. Poor Harry, having to take the girls to dance classes three times a week.

Also, sorry, but why would a bunch of complete strangers be remotely interested in seeing your daughters in a dance show many years ago? And it’s not a great thing to be putting out to the neckbeards, really, is it - young girls in ballet gear. But so long as everyone admires Liz - that’s the important thing! 🤮

According to the blurb on the WDKy podcast:

"Each episode features a brilliant guest who speaks with Liz about something very difficult they’ve endured in their life, how they survived its darkest moments and what it’s taught them.
From divorce to depression, cyber abuse to career disasters, addiction to anxiety/ADHD/PTSD/WTAF, breakdowns of all kinds to the struggles of parenting, infertility, heartbreak and hormones, 'What Doesn’t Kill You will make you cry, laugh and laugh some more at all the things we thought we would never get through….but did
."

Erm. OK......

Also, when forte madre calda Liz says she 'founded' a publishing company, what she means is she incorporated and registered it with Companies House. Costs about £50. Other than begging for money and having a 'launch party' (what was she actually launching?) nothing ever happened. There was talk of white paper, unsilencing women, and there were a couple of photos of legs to suggest an 'intern', but she never even got as far as publishing any submission guidelines. Is she really that far removed from reality that she thinks this means this means she 'founded a publishing company'? Sounds like that MP Jonathan whoever who pretended to be a solicitor.

Why do people do these things? It's just weird!

@ORhineORhine I expect the intern's legs came straight from the bag o' limbs. Doctors writing on Liz and her mental behaviour in the future will trace that moment back to its first use
