Same. The clues about vintage collection and inspiration points towards a compact, but that doesn't seem to be amazing enough to need such levels of intrigue when all her other launches have been without this kind of fanfare.I love the forensic level sleuthing on this thread! I’ve been thinking that a compact would be lovely but a compact is not a brand new innovation is it? I’m very intrigued…
Funny. I love the bag and hate the cleanser. It leaves a film on my face and I find it tough to fully remove. So I got my autumn kit today - a little strangely packaged - just a bit of tape holding the box closed… I got both, because I wanted to have a stash of the mascara and liner (and I’ll gift the lipstick for Christmas to my goddaughter.)
I got an extra pouch because I spent over the threshold. I have to say, I thought the pouch would be bigger. It’s larger than the denim pouch which I am glad of because the denim one doesn’t fit my eye make up in one, but it’s not as high as I would like. And I thought it would be thick Liberty cloth material (like the Liberty beauty kit bags) but it seems to be printed on a kind of plasticky material. It’s nice but it didn’t wow me - I actually like the tactile feel of the denim bag better.
I tried the cleanser for the first time tonight and oh my. It’s really special. I put it on as I was tidying up, and then wiped it off with one of her cloths. Absolutely beautiful. A really good cleanse, and I have rosacea prone sensitive skin. It didn’t tingle or irritate my skin at all, no flare ups, and I managed to get a deep clean using the cloth. And after washing it off, my skin felt soft and supple and as if I had applied my night cream, not stripped and raw ( *cough* Skin Rocks cleanser *cough* ). I had a hormonal spot and it’s calmed right down. I keep stroking my faceI love it but it’s really spendy so I’m not sure I could justify it as a regular cleanser … but the night before an event or when my skin is feeling irritated by everything, this will be my go-to, without a doubt.
Isn’t it funny how we are all so different and specific in how our skin responds to things? It’s never a one size fits all.Funny. I love the bag and hate the cleanser. It leaves a film on my face and I find it tough to fully remove.
So you bought the two kits and got another liberty bag for free? Same thing happened to me, I contacted them and they sent me the pouchI bought both autumn kits and that should have entitled me to the denim pouch but the code pouch wasn’t working any which way I tried so I didn’t get a freebie.. I love the cleanser too, I admit to being lazy at night so I only use it as and when (maybe once a week) and use miceller water otherwise.
Snap, they were ever so helpful. In my case it was the Liberty pouch.Same thing happened to me, I contacted them and they sent me the pouch
She sent an email to all Emeralds at 10am this morningI’m an emerald and Lisa said she would email emeralds 24 hours before on Wednesday, I haven’t received any emails. Is the poster above an insider?
ah ok, I haven’t got it yet, I searched my gmail for it and nothing apart from older emails from her. I don’t know whether it’s gmail (hate that app!) or that I get them later than othersShe sent an email to all Emeralds at 10am this morning
I’ve used it as a regular cleanser, sometimes in the shower, sometimes at the sink. Even with the cloth I find it just doesn’t really feel like it’s coming off. But I’ll try again - maybe I’m not using it correctly.Isn’t it funny how we are all so different and specific in how our skin responds to things? It’s never a one size fits all.
I love the design of the bag and the pattern is gorgeous but I was expecting a different texture, more fabric-y since that was the vibe of the blue one.
How did you use the cleanser?
I can’t use hot (even warm) water on my face because of sensitivity and rosacea so I was worried it would leave a film. I used about a blueberry sized amount, and massaged it in with my fingertips, then let it sit for about 5 minutes while I finished up for the night, and then wet my face and wiped it off with the flannel soaked in cool water. It all came off beautifully.
I just added the liberty bag to the basket once I had the two kits in it and it was free. I didn’t get any other bits. Now I have three of those lovely bags, and two blue ones and I’m going to be organiseddddd! So you bought the two kits and got another liberty bag for free? Or did you buy other bits too?

Wow this sounds great although…..I have WAY too many Lisa lipsticks to get through to justify buying one of these…
