Exactly as the title says basically. I’ve started doing couch to 5k with my friend and I bought new leggings for it but went out last night and was constantly pulling them up. So frustrating. I’m a size 18-20 depending on company etc. Basically does anyone have any recommendations please

Parked as want to see the suggestions!
Well seeing as this was a flop thread 🤣🤣 I’ll give you my tried and tested finds!
The BEST leggings that don’t fall down in my experience lately has been souluxe range from matalan. I managed all my runs last week without having to touch them once which was a miracle. And their reasonably priced too 👏🏼👏🏼

I’ve bought my last few pairs from
George at Asda and they’re great at staying up. They’re not expensive either which is great if you want to buy a pair and try them out.

Lulu lemon or sweaty Betty if the budget allows. Beat cheap ones are from primark. They never fall down.

I got some running leggings from decathlon, they stay in place and have a pocket in the back for keys and in the leg for your phone (both zip shut) I’m a size 20 and they are a good true to size fit 😁

I am the same size and the best leggings I’ve tried are Very. They are V by Very and they have a thick waste band. I’m sure they are £15 but so worth it!

M&S gym leggings are very good, snap in nice and tight at the waist and they stay put.

Sweaty Betty power leggings, they go up to a size XXL which is a 20.

I know the brand sends a lot to influencers and the price is a bit high but they really are worth it.

MATERNITY leggings! Seriously, the only things that stay up on rounded tummies (look for the ones with a wide band at the top).

I buy mine from a cheap store here in NZ for about NZ$20; I'm sure you'll have many more options where you are.
