Anyone into crystals? Just put mine outside ready to charge in tonight’s full moon🌙✨

Anyone on their manifesting journey tonight’s full moon is a great starting point into releasing what’s not right or working for you in life at the moment or whatever is holding you back !

I’d recommend:
Clear Quartz, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Citrine, Smoky Quartz -

Or Crystals/stones that represent each Chakra

It can be overwhelming because there’s hundreds. But the best thing to do is choose what you are most drawn to. (Online or in person). I love the colours purple and blue so tend to have a lot of amethyst, celestite and labradorite in my collection.

& also research into their properties so if you suffer from anxiety and depression - amethysts & black tourmaline are great. Want to manifest money and abundance - Jade & citrine.

I use the app Crystalyze as a quick guide when I want to look up a crystal and it’s properties https://www.crystalyzeguide.com/

& recommend The Crystal Bible books by Judy Hall. Theyre huge but so informative!

I 💜 Judy Hall’s books - she sadly passed away last year 🥺💎

I have crystals in my bra and I sometimes forget they are in there so they sometimes end up all over the bedroom floor 😂

Feeling so good right now, happy and at peace. Long may it last. Always feel sooo much better after charging and cleansing my crystals

I went and just chose the ones I was drawn to initially. I've got a few more since then which I bought specifically because of their purpose. I charge and cleanse at full moons which ones I feel drawn to using that month. So last night I set my intentions with jade, garnet, smoky quartz & rose quartz

I really like crystal bracelets. Nice way to incorporate a few stones. Plenty of sellers on Etsy.

Thank you, I've been very stressed with family issues lately, my heartbroken sister is on my sofa (which as you can imagine is very draining!) Plus we are going to the police re our brother (see the incest thread if want details) so it's been particularly tricky. I'm starting to feel a bit better than I have been at the start of the week. I've asked the universe for a sign I'm on the right path 🤞🏽 focusing on meditation and allowing myself to feel the feelings

@Misbehaving how do tarot cards work please? Can anyone do them?
I'm so sorry, I thought I had replied to this but just had this nagging feeling that I hadn't sent it! 😩 I've been thinking of you - I had actually seen your other posts but didn't want to mention it here in case using the other thread was a way of compartmentalising and here was for escapism (no idea if that makes any sense, but I was just trying to be respectful and considerate, but now fear maybe it came across as uncaring!!!)

Anyway I just wanted to send you the biggest virtual hug and let you know that I think you are doing incredibly well in such difficult circumstances. I'm so sorry you are in this position and I hope you are able to find peace and contentment, however that looks ❤

Having seen a few of your posts on other threads, I wish we could DM on here - I feel like we could be friends! Which is bizarre because I find it hard to make and keep friends! Don't suppose you're Midlands based at all? 😅

Sorry for the waffle, just wanted to make sure you knew I hadn't ignored you! Sending lots of love 💖

How do I manifest good health. Doctors that listen and treatment. In pain and been fighting for 2 years. No one can say I have not tried

Hi everyone! How do you all work on motivation?

I legitimately cannot tell anymore if I'm just being lazy or if its mental health related or I just lack drive but I've been having the hardest time getting good habits started or doing things I know I have to do. I don't even mean traditionally boring things like work or school or chores, this even applies to things I love and am genuinely interested in like manifesting or my hobbies. Even though I know I want to do it and its a good thing to do, I just can't bring myself to move out of wanting to do it and actually doing the thing. Any help or advice with this would be super appreciated!

I hope you’re okay, that sounds really tough for you. I can relate as I’ve been trying for years to get diagnosed (endometriosis) and GP’s and specialists aren’t taking me seriously at all.

For me, manifesting is all about visualisation and believing you are in a certain situation/point in your life. If you think negatively about a situation then there is a sort of “block” between you and that situation.

Imagine a brick wall is in between you and your ideal situation. The more negatively you think, another brick is added. Therefore becoming more harder to reach that situation. It’s easier said than done, but try and think more positively. That will erase the bricks. Be grateful for everything you do have at the moment. You need to actually believe and alter your mindset. Once you start this, it will seem more “easier” to get to your desired situation.

I believe, (others may differ but this is just how I think) that we cannot manifest getting rid of or curing a disease/illness. But we can manifest the access to diagnosis and medical treatments.

I hope this all makes sense x

I’m no mental health expert but with you saying you’re struggling with doing things you love, is definitely a sign of depression. Have you spoken to your GP? Or you can even self refer.

To get myself motivated I have to pry myself away from my phone and the online world. Which is really hard 🤣 I have to make sure I’m in the right environment to get something started. (E.g a calm and de-cluttered space)

It’s so hard to push yourself and it’s so easy for others to say “just get up and do it”. Don’t be too hard on yourself and just do certain little steps instead of putting pressure on yourself to complete certain tasks. I like to meditate and use my crystals to get into “the zone” before starting a big task.

Hi lovely,
I could have written this post almost word for word a few years back! I still struggle with internal conflict around being lazy/needing to rest etc. Mental health definitely plays a part, for me the first warning sign I'm becoming unwell is being unable to read (in terms of focus, I can't take the words in) and feeling generally detached from things I like, and frustrated about it.

I wish I could tell you I've found the answer, but I'm still working on it! However, I am currently in the process of being tested for ADHD, which could explain several of these things - executive dysfunction is huge! I explained to my counsellor one day that I had the want and intentions of doing things and could start to prepare to do so, but I just couldn't seem to take any action - there was a complete gap and I didn't know why.

I obviously can't and wouldn't want to diagnose anything, but it is definitely worth speaking to someone about how you are feeling, whether a GP or a counsellor. Some workplaces have employee assist programmes where you can call and speak to someone, there are lots of charities too.

You might also find it helps to journal, doesn't have to be anything too fancy. Just a note on how you're feeling and what you've been doing that day, how you slept and what you've eaten - you might be able to recognise patterns that help establish any possible causes or triggers.

Glad you've shared how you're feeling - just holding it in your own mind can exacerbate it. Knowing it isn't just you who feels this way can be a relief. I hope some of this helps xx

I have ADHD so motivation for me is almost non-existent unless it’s a hard interest (I have an interest based nervous system). I do things to give myself dopamine and that kind of helps.
I agree with above.. it might very well be mental health related. I’d seek a professional to chat to and see where it goes ❤ Stay strong.

@justheretoread99 @Elizaaaaa @lycheemartini Thank you all for your responses! It feels better in a way to see that others have gone through this and can relate, especially with the whole being unable to focus or retain information when you read Eliza because I get that so much as well!

I'm trying not to be too hard on myself and recognize that this could be MH related. My mental health, like for many others I'm sure, suffered as a result of the pandemic, plus its a time of major change and uncertainty in my life now which is making it harder to sleep. I will definitely try to seek mental health help if I can, it's just a bit hard right now without the funds/insurance and my family still holds major stigma against MH help.

In the meantime, is there anything you can recommend which helps you when you feel this way? I will try out journalling like you mentioned!

@GossipingLily Sending love ❤ I’m on medication atm for depression and anxiety, some of my friends and family don’t understand why I feel the way I do so can totally relate. I’m not sure which country you’re in but if it’s UK you can self-refer to talking therapies:
https://www.nhs.uk/mental-health/ta...rapies-and-counselling/nhs-talking-therapies/

Like Eliza mentioned journaling, a quick few sentences of your day and your emotions is a good outlet.

In terms of manifesting with it, if I’m feeling down, stressed or angry about something I like to write everything down and then burn it. And really try to feel all my negative emotions burn away with it.

It’s good to cry, and it’s good to talk about your feelings with someone you really trust and who understands. Not everyone responds the same for MH and sadly there is still such a stigma. But there will be a lot of people who do understand and will be willing to listen and talk.

Really take care of yourself. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Be out in fresh air. Watch something funny.

I have a very short attention span but meditating is something I really try with. I use an app called “Moonly” which has daily affirmations, the moon calendar, daily meditations and relaxing sounds.

Thank you so much for this!! I am not in the UK but I will try to see if there is anything similar where I'm from! I'm going to try taking small steps in the right direction and really work on not pressuring myself to follow any kind of timeline because I think thats the biggest setback for me is this idea of a timeline of when I need to meet certain personal goals or milestones. I will check out the app too! Thank you again and good luck to you too with your mental health journey!
