Hello all; I’m looking for some advice about my laundry as I’m seeing something weird.
It’s a regular automatic machine, I do a 90 degree cleaning wash every fortnight. We’re in a very hard water area. On dark things, I’m seeing what I thought was a white residue, like if the powder doesn’t all dissolve. Except it’s not residue, it’s bleached the material, so it doesn’t come off after re washing. I’m using Aldi powder, the colour friendly (?) one. If anyone can recommend a method to descale the machine and clean it out, I’d like to do that I think. I’m about to change powder too, so any advice on that wools be welcome.
WTF is going on? I’ve got really upset as it’s just ducking bleach marked by suffragette t shirt that I got on Vinted as I couldn’t justify the price of a new one
