In terms of recap, as usual nothing much seems to have happened, presumably Kylie still hasn't had her vaccines so basically cannot go anywhere or do anything.
Patreon begging continues whilst she (unsurprisingly) continues to lose supporters, due in part to her erratic upload schedule but probably mainly because of her dull content
She seems to be fattening Guido up whilst not eating an commenting on his wine/bread consumption.
Lots of comments on her latest slog about her being pregnant but who knows

What have I missed?

Starting off the thread with something real in Italy, as opposed to all the time we spend on phoney baloney, fakery bakery KyIE.

Was going to send a photo of my dinner tonight, of a pulled pork barbecue sandwich. I will, but as I was finishing my meal, a couple with a dog passed by my table and they let the dog approach me. Having little choice, but to say hi to him, I reached out my hand and the dog tried to bite me ! The owner simply says, “sorry” and moves on ! Life in Italy without Disney.

From another older video, Kylie complaining about how expensive pinoli are and grilling Guido about why (it's due to an invasive species of bug that attacks pinecones) and all she can contribute is "the world (is) 'changing'...oh how sad... ANYWAY". Italy, like a lot of countries, is facing threats to their agriculture from invasive species (she flippantly refers to them as "going on holiday to other countries"), especially concerning their most important exports (for example, olive trees in the south are being plagued by an invasive bacterium Xylella fastidiosa) and Kylie only seems to care about "tradition", and not the actual land, flora, fauna, and native people which are all impacted by these problems.

For some strange reason she's getting passive aggressive at Guido for calling the cimicione a "parasite"... maybe because she knows that she herself is the worst kind of invasive species - Touristidae pretentiosa. Regarding the speculation as of late, we can only hope that this parasite isn't about to multiply...

ETA: Omg she gets more obnoxious as the video goes on, orgasming over the sound of celery, talking over Guido and practically browbeating him to translate "spurgo" and "ossidiana", snarking at him in her baby voice meant to disguise her narcissistic rage: "it's not the most perfect, most informative explanation we were hoping for..." like she expects him to be David freakin' Attenborough talking about bugs and rocks. Girl, stop. If you were really a National Geographic TV host (come to think of it, I still haven't found any evidence to back up that claim?), then YOU tell us about bugs and rocks. Me, I'll be over here spurgando il mio cranio con un pezzo di ossidiana.

Sorry everyone, I can't help but pause and edit my post as I watch more of the video.

Is she vegetarian or not? Between the last recipe where she mentions "carnivores" wanting croutons on their soup and this Sicilian video in which she calls Guido "goloso" for wanting to eat salame di Suino Nero dei Nebrodi - which by the way was some of the BEST salumi I've had in Italy - she seems like she should just go vegetarian if she hates meat so much and wants to lord her diet choices over everyone. Otherwise she's just shaming Guido for enjoying some nice Sicilian specialties while on VACATION and that's going to grate on him eventually.
She says in the WORST combination of her baby voice and a stereotypical Italian accent that just having tomatoes and ricotta "eeet's fain forrrr mee but AYE know eet's not fain forrrr you". I cannot imagine how long a relationship can last between them, with her being so judgmental about food (despite claiming to revel in all things Italian, she cannot stand the idea of having cibi fritti in SICILIA) and Guido being a normal Italian who likes to enjoy the fruits of the land - pasta, wine, meat, all things included. Part of what makes my relationship spicy () between my Italian and I is our mutual love for food and cooking. Yes, we are golosi, yes we had the Nebrodi salame and granite e brioche and like two arancine every day in Palermo, but at least we are happy and don't talk down to each other over something so banal as food. For someone who makes such a big deal about life being worth living, she sure is restrictive when it comes to culinary pleasure.

Ok, I'm done posting about this video now, I'm going to go make soup using... GASP... half and half!

Having preached the whole grow your own vegetables way KyLIE and Guido have only been able to grow mutant parsley and lettuce and some weed infested artichokes ; her parents have not been tending to the patch . The rest of the garden is a weed fest . now being eaten down by a neighbors horse .
Renovating seems to amount to stacking bricks to form a terraced garden of sorts.

Unless you have had your head under a rock or buried in the sand you would probably know Byron Bay real estate is some of the most sought after on the planet at this point in time thanks to Chris Hemsworth and co , and hundreds of cashed up trust fund kids with Insta followings north of 10k , so it won’t be long before the KF folks deal is done if it hasn’t already . At real story of “ rags” to riches Kylie’s folks will pop up sooner or later. Like moths to a flame

Kylie’s sister was apparently “badly injured” in a video slog a couple of weeks ago but apparently not badly enough to provide any further details nor to stop KyLIE from trotting around Tuscany is a rented vintage car seemingly with no troubles in the world . I suspect this vintage car bit was something of a throw Guido a bone moment for Koils, as she conjures up the next drama .

I’m not sure Guido is glazed over because of the situation or because he’s aware that it’s being recorded, maybe he is self conscious and having a recording camera pointed at him causes a sort of reaction akin to stilted acting .

To me he looked completely bored when the other men and Kylie were droning on especially at lunch @nostoneunturned But I do chalk it up to having to listen to tit he already knew and, yeah, it being on camera. When able to actually look at the various cars he seemed much more alive.

@LucyHoneychurch Yes, re: the ragù. She also made and ate chicken before. I think she was playing up to the increasing number of subs chiding her for 'eating animals'. I know she has said she grew up on a plant based diet, but she's eaten animal products as long as I have watched.

@Denise : Re that lunch with the G & the car man, it made me laugh out loud (only time in her vlogs btw) when I saw Guido keep looking at the plate of salami but not being able to eat any as she was rabbiting on & boring him & the other guy - in the end he couldn't wait any longer & served himself & ate. Then the other one started staring at his empty plate & even when he took something she still engaged him in useless cross-examination stopping him from eating. Did she mention non-wine in that one? Not going back to look.
I wonder where that need to be sanctimonious ALL THE TIME esp with Guido comes from ? Trying to be superior & showing off about food and drink becomes stale and boring, not to say infuriating when prefaced with "as you all know me, I don't......." Who bloody cares?

Exactly, Kylie throws him a bone, a token slog, about something he can claim superior knowledge in because she herself has very little interest in the poetry( aesthetic or technical) of an automobile unless it was in a film she likes and makes her look rich or cool.
He doesn’t have to say much to display his thoughts and feelings does he ? Kylie still has her finger on the edit button , the ultimate control of his image , none of us are remotely likely to meet him IRL.
The vanity project is a constant as she slips in the random slow-mo Kylie in the sunshine images , whenever she wants and we never see the edits on the cutting room floor so to speak. Oh the truth in the outtakes KF…of the thousands of hours of “pretty “ filtered Kylie how many duds are there …we’ll never know

Omg @moronglace that Sicily slog is high up in the Pantheon of the Cringeworthy I could not bear to watch it again but ff'd through and caught this gem

The insane babytalk, manic laughter, KyLie's general hysteria (poor Porkpie on holiday) and ridiculously forced dancing adds up to an unwatchable and insufferable flog‍

I've never heard of a boondoggler. I wonder if it's like a bushwhacker (bushwacka?)
