KSI, JJ and Sidemen

I plonked him in Celebs seeing as he's making it more as a music artist now than a youtuber..

What are peoples views on him?

I CANNOT stand him. The size of his ego is ridiculous and the way he speaks to women is horrific. He just seems like an absolute prick and you can see the other sidemen think he's out of order most of the time.

I think a lot of people forget that KSI is a character and him as JJ is very different. I have met him a few times & he is a very nice guy & nothing like what you see in sidemen videos. They all say (& freezy etc) that KSI is a character and it shouldn’t be taken to heart too much

So my son loves the Sidemen and we went to the KSI fight. All of them sat near us.
It's very clear that these are a group of spoiled boys. Some are obviously big into the coke now. Harry was off his nut that night and I've heard a lot about him and Ethan doing coke. Ethan also got into Roids.

I've been watching the Sidemen for about 6 years now, and back then I COULD NOT stand JJ at all. His character was painfully grating and annoying to me. But I did enjoy watching the other Sidemen play games as a group, and individually. But I definitely think he has made it so much more clearer now that KSI and JJ are 2 distinct 'people', and JJ now comes off as a genuinely nice and good person.

Have you guys watched Ethan's new Youtube documentary? What are your thoughts on it? I was pretty bored bc it centred around the London Marathon and the ending was super abrupt. Ngl, i did shed a few tears lol when they mentioned his personal life and the struggles he faced.

I've never been a big follower of the Sidemen, so didn't realise KSI was more a character. But that's good because KSI is a twit and I really hate him whether he opens his gob. But I also find him strangely attractive at the same time in a weird way.

Harry, Vik and kind of Simon are also Sidemen I find really attractive. Ethan I really want to feel his arms around me.

But I can never actually decide whether I actually like any of the Sidemen. Obviously they are exaggerated characters in videos so I don't totally know what they are actually like.

I think to get a good idea of who they really are, their Twitch streams are pretty chill and interesting to watch. It's only when they're together playing games or doing irl videos on the Sidemen channel that their characters come out more.

The two that have stuck out to me as being absolute pigs are Ethan and Calfreezy. They both think they are gods gift and above everyone else.

Long time lurker on tattle in general but haven’t ever posted anything before so here we go, I personally can’t stand calfreezy he gives me such disgusting boy vibes like a proper user and thinking he’s the tit when he’s really not I quite like the sidemen I think they’re funny and are just acting as a typical YouTuber group but to me freezy seems to think that just because he’s mates with them he’s just as good as them and on their level of YouTube fame, like the constant sex noises he makes in streams and videos with them and how cocky he is just really irks me and I don’t think it’s an act like jk but genuinely how he is as a person

Calfreezy has a face you just want to punch. He is so irritating. At least you can sense the Sidemen are playing up characters of themselves at times - though I'm not certain Ethan isn't actually a twit at heart. Calfreezy definitely is a twit.

How are people literally filming themselves breaking rules and getting away with it?

They must fall under the TV/video/production exemption, judging by the amount they're tested they're probably in a close contant cohort too? Of course things like Simon touching and being way too close to that guy in the lose/gain calorie video was wrong though.

Sorry but that’s a shambles. Production exemption? They could have easily all filmed their parts at home. Also, if so the fans should have been told that, they have kids that watch and will think it’s okay to meet up because the Sidemen do.

They have a load of lateral flow tests that they take if they are filming together. If they are in a studio or filming at a location they also have a medic that tests them aswell to make sure everyone is safe.

I do agree Simon got far too close to that lad in one of the videos.

Okay but I still don’t get it. So me and my friends can set up a YouTube channel. And go for a Covid test then we are all allowed to hang out together ‘for work’ as long as we film it?

It’s a disgrace how famous/rich people are being treated so differently to be honest.
