Not sure how many people follow her. She was on SAS Who Dares Wins earlier this year. Since lockdown has ramped up her Instgram and looks like she is a full time Influencer now. Shame she doesn't understand the disclosure rules associated with her job.

I follow Kirsty along with other fitness influencers, and I find her one of the most helpful and genuine. Like she shares a lot of workouts and tips without pushing other agendas such as links, or paid programmes etc
