I know she can afford private healthcare, but as a high earner she also pays a lot tax probably more than most of us in our life times ....I don’t begrudge her using the nhs at all, it is for EVERYONE....

I agree it is for everyone, but going for elective surgery and then neglecting basic aftercare puts another strain on the crippling system. She could easily paid to get that infection sorted. I would not begrudge her getting mental health care on the NHS which is what she needs more than anything, but oh wait that is tit because of funding too.

You'd think she would have learnt by now to take better care of her surgical wounds. This pic is from 2018 when she stopped taking antibiotics after 3 days and ended up with an infection. I sometimes wonder if it's done deliberately to keep herself in the headlines.

The recent photos in the press of her are really sad. Seeing her with her boobs out is nothing new but allowing a stranger to then grope her? It’s Junior and Princess I feel sorry for because not just because they can see it but their friends will too. School is hard enough and kids can be mean without your mother doing this for the world to see
I used to like Kate but she's seriously gone off the rails and then some. It's all going to end really messy I reckon. One of my close mates slept with her when she was a page 3 girl before she had all her surgery, said she's always been arrogant and genuinely scruffy.
