If there was a no pets rule on the RR she’s made it easy for them to get rid of her by posting pictures of all the animals everywhere. Plus no landlord is going to put up with holes in walls etc, that’s extreme damage not normal wear and tear. I’m intrigued to see how this will pan out now as every Estate Agent will be wise to the fact she’s on the hunt for a new place.

I think it's less common for a specific 'no pets' cause now as it's deemed unfair, but many have it as an 'unwritten rule' & ppl with pets just get refused anyway.
