. And yet any further lack of action or consequences for her will show just how weak, ineffective and biased the laws can be. The lack of action/justice is merely showing people that if they merely refuse to pay tax, evade or impede any investigation, pull an MH card to avoid any court appearance, they will get away with it as the laws aren't geared up to deal with persistent offenders like her, who refuse to cooperate. It's making the courts look weak and ineffective. They need to step up and treat her the same as everyone else.She could be sent as a victim, supposedly 'learning' to recognise what she put the kids through with slapgate and any other incidents etc.
I really hope it does open the way to a criminal prosecution, and yes,I am pleased that the finally took the MM off her! Lets hope that this really is the start of her official come-uppance.
My only worry with that is if she has ever been the aggressor when it comes to DV ( if - no conviction for it), this will also teach her the red flags her own behaviour will give out to other people! Then she will know how to lash out and cover her tracks by hiding her behaviour! Most likely just my over active imagination but you never know!
